ALA is quickly converted by the body to DHLA. It is the DHLA that does the chelating and has the half life of 3 hours.

And so your claim that:

is completely false and irrelevant, drawn prematurely by you and stemming from your lack of basic mental processes, reasoning, and comprehension.
