Forgot this...increasingly worse sinus infections (that turned into increasingly worse bronchitis) and allergies DISAPPEARED as if I'd never had a problem. The huge cracks down the center of my tongue are also disappearing...

So many health and well being aspects of my life have improved in ways that make it seem like they'd never been a problem in the first place that I often forget what a miserable spiraling downward point (mentally, emotionally and physically) I was at when I first started flushing.
