No I did not keep drinking. I just drank in the morning and then went about my daily chores. Got the BM only much later (unlike how it usually is- usually get BM within 90 minutes of drinking)- but I guess the delay was for a reason!??

Sure am hoping to see less of such stuff in my BMs in future- we all get impatient I guess and want changes overnight :(
