Sprays work for cramps too!

Just a brief note to tell you that the sprays work beautifully for female monthly cramps. I have sprays I, II and III. I first tried spray III by spraying my lower belly and lower back. My cramps disappeared within two minutes. Tried sprays I & II and they worked well too, although they took a minute or two longer to work. This is such a relief as I have sworn off the Advils and Aleves of this world!
