Re: pancreatitis after flush?

Hello everyone! This message sounds similar in a way with my mom's situation, so am getting in.
I was reading this great forum for a while searching for useful information for my mother, 68. She also got bile sludge (was detected by bile analysis) and may be stones too (they don't not show on her ultrasound or CT), and other GI problems including pancreatitis and gastritis. Last spring we did parasite cleanse per Dr. Clark method, and then Liver Flush which. We hoped it might help her to get rid of her sludge, which we think is initial cause for her pancreatitis. We did flush very carefully (due to her pancreatitis and gastritis) with olive oil and lemon/grapefruit juice, and no Epsom Salt (instead we used anti-spasmodic pills to relax her bile duct, which might did not work well for the flush). She had nausea at after oil and just a couple small stones out at morning. After her first meal this day (very mild like cream of oats or steamed veggie) she developed pain in her upper abdomen similar to her pancreatic attacks before, gradually increasing through the day to its high point. We did not go to the hospital (she doesn't have insurance), but went to her Chinese acupuncture doctor, and he confirmed that it is very possible for the person with pancreatitis to develop a pancreatic attack after the liver flush. One reason would be stones stack in the common bile duct in the place where it opens to intestine, and pancreatic juices can not flow out of pancreas and cause its inflammation. Another reason is consuming big amounts of oil stimulate pancreas produce high amount of pancreatic juices, which can trigger pancreas inflammation in these people. So he did not recommend Liver Flush to anyone who has pancreatitis. The best thing in this case would be to get diagnosed and treated ASAP. Mom recovered in one week from this pain. She did not get diagnosed and we didn’t know for sure what it was, but she used her usual methods for pancreatic attack. If anyone has any experience or any suggestions on it - please post it.
Sunnyday, you stopped to communicate and I've been worried about you. I hope you feel better. Good luck to you, and please let us know what's going on.
