Wow,I cannot imagine doing a double Clark! I mean the Epsom Salts part. On my first flush I didnt know about Clark and I just drank a cup and a half of olive oil and juice of two lemons. On my second flush I drank half cup olive oil and half cup grapefruit juice, cause my new friend Southern Belle told me to use grapefrtuit juice. That flush and the first one went ok. The third one I did the Clark recipe....the salts, oh the salts.....was up most of the night passing rushing brown water and then the stones came, which was ok. I had sore shoulder, gall bladder all sore, generally felt rotten, and that flush was Oct 29. I still do not feel good. I have head aches. I have ordered a parasite remedy online, waiting for it to get here.
