blueduck I have had good results doing a double clark recipe at night then in the morning doing a single again. I got a lot of stones out but felt like crap for the day and even a little into the next day. But I look at it like if I'm going to cleanse then I'm going to try to get the most stones out. I plan on doing this again this week.
