You are such a positive person and I just love to read your posts! I live no where near the ocean, unfortunately. I live in central Oahu. I do think of you when I wake up and I am sure that you will laugh, but I wake up about 10AM my time, in the middle of your afternoon! Thanks for letting me know that I can do the flush any time. I guess my inner clock is messed up, I cannot get to sleep before 2AM and sometimes its much later. I have been this way for a few years now. I wonder if it has something to do with gall bladder? I have ordered a parasite cleanse online and am waiting for it to get here. I bet I have lots. I still do not feel good since doing the third cleanse. I have had headaches and no energy. I think I will wait to do another flush until after I do the parasite thing. Unless I start having pain, then I will have to do another flush. Nice talking to you ! Take care and Aloha,
