Re: non surgical cure for INGUINAL hernia?...you decide.
First of all, desarda is COMPETELY wrong.
Desarda, I am not saying that you should not get a hernia operation if that is what you prefer (it is completely your choice)...oh, I'd like to remind you that hospitals today are overflowing with MRSA patients that caught MRSA while they were in the hospital for something else (called "Hospital Aquired MRSA" or HA MRSA) and it is almost impossible to cure (Methycillin is the strongest antibiotic). If it gets infected by polluted water or mold, it can become "necrotizing fascittus" (the flesh eating disease). Don't be a naysayer and doubt everything, you can go to the hospital if you insist.
There are many surgeries in the U.S. that are "botched" and the surgeons accidentally operate on the wrong part of the body, leave instruments inside of patients, etc., but you can rush off to the hospital if you insist.

There is an MRSA forum here at Curezone. Also check the BAD DOCTORS forum.

I was out of work for 3 weeks before I forgot I have a hernia. I only applied COLD wet cloths to my groin area (not hot, I just wanted to cool the heat). No exercises, no special diet, bad eating habits (as usual), it was not even intentional, just laziness and deliberately not straining my hernia. I think it is wise to ease up on the food intake, especially hard to digest foods (like vegetables, drink vegetable JUICE instead).
Desarda, read some of the posts below about the HIATAL hernia and the chiropractors that cured the hiatal hernias of their patients.

I can't find my hernia anymore.
