Hands are killing me

it is unbearable as my joints feel like they are fire . Also the nerve endings really hurt too so i think it is Rheumatoid Arthritis with maybe gout plus circilation since i am a diabetic also. Any help at all would be appreciated. I have already been reading thru the forums and tomm i am gonna get some Cetyl Myristoleate,apple cider vinegar,Black mollasses,wobenzyme, pineapple juice and baking soda for gout. I'm loading up as i haven't had a nights sleep in weeks from the pain. Any other suggestions ? Thanks so much in advance. Oh yea i went to the dr who gave me a cortizone/predizone? shot which did basically nothing.
