Re: Sun/Wrinkles/Sunscreen

I disagree... with a balanced internal terrain one should not burn. Sun burn is a result of an unbalanced internal terrain.

I never burned as a kid well into my late 20s and early 30s and then started burning... there were significant lifestyle changes that would take a book.

Today, I do not consider my physical condition perfect (working on it), however it has vastly improved since 2 years ago. Once again, I no longer burn at all, just become darker and darker even as just a day moves on.

I recently spent a week in Mexico where I was out in the sun over 10 hours as naked as possible, and the rest of the time I could in just shorts and at times a tee shirt... NEVER sunscreen, no burn. Everyone else in my party were burnt after the first 30 minutes even with gobs of sunscreen on, playing and sitting on the beach fully clothed, some under blankets\towels; where is the fun in that?
