Thank you Spirit, I shall try magnesium rich mineral water and follow with a colonic 3 days later. I don't think the
water will bother me. I remember when I first read the protocol and it said " Epsom Salts " I thought maybe I couldn't do
the cleanses and unfortunately I'm in a bad way.

One day I hope I can guide even a bit to help others the way you are all helping me.
