I think I’m going to try a juicing diet for a week to see if my symptoms improve. I have been keeping a food diary and it’s strange, conclusions are really hard to come to, things don’t really match up. I think I react well with veg and fruits so hopefully will see remission. What sways me toward a a food intolerance is the fact I can chew gum for as long and as viciously as possible and get minimal to no reaction, but when I eat many foods, I get swelling. Maybe the issue is to do with the reaction that occurs after I’ve ingested the food which is why the chewing gum gives no reaction. Maybe I need a holistic approach, I can’t really see how food could cause a continued , never fluctuating skin condition like this for 4 years. But what do I know. If the juicing doesn’t work I’ll probably fast for a week.
