Some people become more hyperactive when taking B12 or other methylation support. I was one until after quite a few years of heavy metal detox--Cutler.

How much Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) do you take per dose and per day?

How do you feel when you take it, especially your head? In the Cutler detox groups this reaction is considered important and relevant to heavy metal toxicity. I'll be happy to explain.

I think such tests are more interesting when accompanied by relevant blood tests. The doctor can then compare what is in the blood vs what is in the urine.

For example, are you making lots of sulfate--probably unlikely--or are you not retaining it normally. I have much more on this if interested.

Is AKG involved in converting ammonia towards glutamine? Does related enzyme need manganese and magnesium?

Have you ever tried glutamine, maybe with some B6 if you are sensitive to MSG?

Joe
