This is incorrect information.

Coffee is absorbed through the portal vein and travels directly to the liver. The release of bile and toxins, though, happens normally into the small intestine and then to the colon.

I think I see where you are confused: coffee enemas can help to detoxify the lower sigmoid colon and lower descending colon area directly by klling pathogens and flushing it out, but these toxins are localized to the colon.

coffee enemas are very good but they do not stimulate the liver as strongly as liver flushes. One advantage they have over Liver Flushes is to stimulate and increase production of glutathione peroxidase enzyme.

I have never believed that coffee enemas were the only way to get benefits from coffee. It is very likely that just drinking coffee will have similar benefits but not as strong or effective. Also drinking coffee will benefit the small intestine in the same way that coffee implants benefit the sigmoid colon.
