A few things that may be helpful. Transdermal magnesium is great for anxiety. Most people in the US seem to have low D3 levels so it might be good to get that checked as low D3 can effect almost everything in a bad way. 10,000IU/day is a good start. Maca can be hugely helpful in reducing all of the menopause symptoms. This is a top notch brand:

Also try EFT emotional freedom technique to reduce the anxiety. Many youtube videos will coach you through it for free.
