Under-eating causes crashes, increase in anxiety, depression, and every single other symptom blamed on AF:

Under-eating is "AF".

Even the creator of the AF theory mentions a form of under-eating as a caused to these symptoms:

You need to find out how many calories you're averaging because if you're under-eating you will never get out of what you think is "AF".

Here's one of the sites I recommend to calculate up how many calories you're getting:

Make sure you're not over-exercising as that is basically a form of calorie-restriction too. So many people here got in trouble from under-eating and over-exercising.

Also make sure you're getting at least 8 hrs of sleep per night as not enough sleep causes or contributes to a lot of these same symptoms.

Transition to high-carb because your body needs glucose for fuel every cell in your body, especially your brain cells which will help improve your mood and cognitive abilities.
