Saturday journal
my rawfood journal from the past few days

I'm not going to stress about 100% raw because right now with the wedding coming, I have enough stress. My face is looking awesome and my stomach is looking flatter. One thing that helps is planning my food shopping. My food for three days came to $28. It seems that I'll not save much money going raw but not buying scones at Starbucks every day with two coffees a day is helping. This time I'm carrying fruit with me when my mother and I go out today. Yesterday evening it was a horror show. Between extreme hunger and PMS, I was having mental meltdowns :D Today, my "worst" food choice was a half cafe from Starbucks. I had some Kashi cereal and a cup of tea. The rest of the day is going to be raw.
I also need to get in my exercise. I had two hours really intense housecleaning. I was sweating almost like I was doing yoga!!!! I managed to clean my house in two hours but I still want to get to the point of doing a full bikram series every day. Also, I need to get into the running thing but part of me doesn't want to get into running until I know whether I'm going to be in the marathon or not. Oh well...sometime today I will put in ninety minutes of exercise.
I've also been reading David Wolfe's new edition of Sunfood Success and I do believe that's why I've been doing much better going raw. Plus it helps to have my food preplanned. I'm saving some money because I'm making a conscious effort to NOT buy food on the road. I found that a few nuts and raisins helps to satisfy my scone habit.
