From the Mermaid pool, God speaks!
brief note about a very fateful mail arrival

Last time I did the eight gates meditation, I preceeded entering the first gate by passing through a mermaid pool. Not that mermaids and dolphins represent a lower psychic energy, but it's just something that I wanted to do since was a powerful symbol from my childhood. Anyway, this poster arrived at a good time since I was in the midst of some tremendous emotional pain and depression.
My room is clean enough that I feel comfortable to meditate and pray again. I just didn't feel like doing anything with my room is cluttered. I'm feeling significantly better than I did, even last night right up till I went to sleep.
I'm off to church now to pray the rosary and say the mass. I am at home alone and today is the best day to start going back to church.
