brief notes about period,food,exercise

My period was five days long with not that much cramps. I have to record this because when I get married, I'm going to be practicing NFP (natural family planning). I found a neat braclet called 'Cycle Beads' for ten dollars. I'm not getting married till next year but I want to get accustomed to tracking my periods seriously. Thank goodness I blog because this is like a period tracker for me. I didn't have much of the same yellow discharge I had last year this time. I've not had another outbreak of genital warts since last year. I treated myself with herbs and collodial silver douches and didn't subject myself to a laser that would have cost me $2000 and up! Anyway, I'm about due for another exam and am curious. When my health insurance kicks in from my new job I'm going to get a complete gyno.
Food notes:
I enjoyed lots of juice today. I didn't deny myself anything if I wanted it. The exception is passing up a pizza for a green juice. The green juice fulfilled the craving.
Exercise notes:
I rode my bike today. I forgot how wonderful bike riding is. Plus I'm saving myself some gas money. I didn't drive my car to the supermarket (only 1/4 of a mile away).
Other:
I've been distracted by the depression that set in after I got fired. Bizarre I don't remember feeling this way since I made the terrible discovery about my ex-boyfriend. I had a depressing shadow over me where I didn't feel like taking care of myself or eating right. Now I am feeling better.
