Hello everyone. I just got back from spending a weekend with my boyfriend. I didn't eat as well as I would have liked but such is life. Spending the weekend with him and then listening to David Wolfe on the way back just made me want to committ to eating as clean as possible.

Just for today:

1. I will drink healthy green drinks and distilled water with some lemon
2. I will take my royal jelly capsules
3. eat living,raw foods
4. exercise for 1 hour
5. work in my garden for 1 hour

I have more to say but later since I'm on the run. Plus I am starting my blog of my self education this June 19th!
