evening food and mood diary

I'm winding down from a rough two days...

I ate a cooked meal at work. A whole wheat veg patty and a little bag of natural potato chips. It's killing my throat. I hated the taste of the chips. The aftertaste felt so artificial to me. I believe I'm having an allergic reaction. Anyway, I have found myself the center of an internet attack from a political opponent. I no longer get into hostile arguments though and that's that.

Tonight I'm going to focus on sleeping early so I can get up early and get my housework done. I found my mind machine. Oh oh! Great find.. I got a nice big quartz crystal in a flea market so I plan to take it to the beach and cleanse it properly before use.
