Good morning everyone... I had an orange and half a grapefruit. I've had enough of experimenting with nutburgers and all the rest. The focus of this week is going to be on cleansing and detoxifying my body and mind and preparing for a 21-day fast.

I've had a chance to think about yesterday while reading some articles about vibrational energy. Yesterday I got an email from a man I went out with and it affected me to a great degree that I am still a bit off emotionally. I do believe there are such a thing as emotional vampires. I realize I left myself wide open and had my happy energy sucked out of me.

Anyway, I have my therapy appointment today at 11 am and am going to renew myself with spirit and energy.
