eating...sort of

smoothies,etc.

I just had a... blueberry/kiwi smoothie and half an apple. I used my magic bullet blender to blend just the fruits, no milk, no anything else. I added a little of my lemon/aloe water to it so I could drink it down. I've not eaten any cooked food,had any coffee or energy pills. I'm actually feeling a bit depressed which is just a symptom of detox I realize. Technically, the smoothie and half an apple isnt fasting but I have made past lunchtime without eating coco breads, cookies,etc. which I consider a big triumph.

I've been having a lot of bowel movements because of the Smooth Move tea I drank last night. That's good.

I am going to sit for my mom at her job, so I'm taking my distilled water with me. So this is a fasting/detox fruits weekend :-)
