Fasting hunger pangs and other mindtricks

getting a little hungry

I'm getting a little hungry. Personally I think it's my mind playing tricks on me. Every time I get hungry, I take a drink of my lemon water mixture.

I am also going to give myself a good dry brushing and then take a refreshing shower. That will help. It is so gorgeous outside. Maybe I'll go do some womb yoga or regular yoga and start my walking program.

The mind can play tricks on us when we decide to give up things. Food has always been a source of comfort and a lot of pain for me.
