1.) Journal a couple minutes (or as long as you like) about your day. Just write down whatever is at the top of your mind (no matter what it is) without trying to recall everything.
2.) Conclude each journaling session with at least one expression of gratitude.
3.) When you lie down to go to sleep rub your open hands together to activate the energy flow and place your energized hands over your eyes.
4.) Place your attention on your breath and take several gentle full breaths.
5.) If after this you are aware of persistent thoughts then say the following:
"I now choose to free my mind by releasing any and all thoughts, thought forms, entities, etc. that are less than divine love. I ask that all these things be transmuted unto the greater good of all. And so it is! I am grateful!"
