The gym is closed on the weekends so I got in this workout. All things are possible even after a shitty shift and 5 1/2hrs sleep! LOL
Pre-workout: Soy cappuccino and a oatmega bar
Two bottles of water during the workout
Post workout: a big mac salad...ground meat...the body was hollering for p-p-p-proTEIN and a handful of raw, chopped okra, and a whole avocado with a few squeezes of thousand island dressing.
