I also like Avocados and Coconut Butter!
The endless enjoyment of creative variations with food!

(It could possibly be considered as a "compound butter"[1] however I think it's probably more likened unto a "spread".)
I then did some research about my idea and later thought of replacing the avocado with guacamole. That variation motivated me to searching for an original description as to what guacamole first consisted of (besides the avocado ; ~ ).
I found this following statement interesting.
"Guacamole has pushed avocado sales in the USA to 30 million pounds on two days a year: Super Bowl Sunday and Cinco de Mayo"[2]
Also liked knowing that "Guatemala has its own version, called Guacamol (Spanish: [ɣwakaˈmol]). It is made with avocado, lemon or lime juice, salt, cilantro and sometimes oregano."[2]
That particular list of ingredients is all very familiar except for the oregano. It makes me wonder how this Guacamol tastes with oregano. The more that I contemplate this I realize the addition of oregano could possibly classify Guacamol as a food-as-medicine!
