Comment: Whether or not you may agree with the whole analysis of the above and especially that of its author the point of this quote is to continue presenting perspectives concerning the many methods that are being used now to deceive the nations! Grammar is one of the most critical methods used. Legalese includes words as well as a language in support of those words that may sound familiar to people yet have different meanings.
There are layers to "methods used" (just as there are layers to an onion). The outer layers protects the inner layers. The outer layers of the "methods" will be the most visible with MSM (main stream media). However if you peel away the outer layers you still have an "onion"! If you do begin "peeling" this "onion" you need to be prepared to withstand the aerosol of emissions coming from "the onion" (or in this analogy coming from the system that the onion represents) and continue peeling away the layers to get to the truth at the very center of the onion.

I have long recognized that the Book of Isaiah is a Book of War, one that recounts how the Jews, who were often enslaved (Babylon, Egypt, Babylon (Again), Assyria.....) learned to poison and debilitate their enemies. Why shouldn't the same protocol be used in modern warfare?
Isaiah specifically points out how to denature bread, so that it lacks its ability to nourish ("I have removed the staff....." meaning the staff of life, bread.) and how to use putrid flesh to denature water (....and the stay" --- water). Also how to denature and pollute and poison food by using brass containers to cook and store it. Or, translated to modern terms --- aluminum containers? And fluoridated water?
Same deal. Even the table salt has been denatured, so that it no longer contains iodine and other vital mineral salts.
Yet, we have stood by while the "scientists" and "doctors" have allowed and promoted the degradation and demineralization of our food sources, the deliberate pollution of our water, and the use of known poisonous metals as food containers and cooking vessels.
Go figure.
However, even knowing the "secrets" of Isaiah, I was completely stunned this morning when a colleague in France sent me a pdf copy of "Tracking Down the Killer" --- a small book from 1929 that recounts one person's journey of discovery, impelled by an urgent personal health crisis.

After suffering all the slings and arrows and expenses of the health system --- which self-evidently, doesn't work --- our hero was forced to take the extreme measure of thinking for himself.
And like Bilbo Baggins stepping out the front door of his cozy Hobbit Hole, our hero was set upon a road most unexpected, to conclusions he could not have foreseen, all which eerily resemble the exact quagmire that we find ourselves embroiled in today.
One of the gems he stumbled upon was the symptomatic definition of "Asian Plague"-- otherwise known as Beriberi. Here are the symptoms of Beriberi, which is caused by a deficiency of Vitamin B1 in the diet:
BERIBERI
Acute form, Symptoms: Stages in order:
Indigestion; constipation; Nasal affection like a cold; lassitude; heart
palpitation; hard breathing;
Usually ends with death from heart failure.
Chronic Form; Early stages as above.
Later stages: Weak eyes, falling hair, skin sores, stomach ulcers,
kidney affection, chronic catarrh, asthma, cough, heart enlargement,
numbness, paralyzed parts, dropsy.
I could add, "brain fog" to this list and it would be a perfect recital of the symptoms I have personally heard from scores of seniors in this country, and also from far younger people suffering from the hitherto virtually unknown phantom disease, fibromyalgia.
Sugar poisoning and glandular collapse, also known as diabetes, also shares some of these symptoms--- especially neuropathy, and destruction of peripheral nerves.
And obesity is easily explained, too. As Isaiah describes it, people eat, but cannot be filled. All the nourishment is taken out of their food, so their bodies continue to send "hunger" signals to the brain, and the victims continue to eat more and more and more useless calories in a vain attempt to get the nutrients they need.
Debilitated by malnutrition in the midst of apparent plenty, poisoned by metals and metallic oxides, the body succumbs both because of what it lacks, and the heavy load of poisonous toxins it must excrete.
Along the way, the victims become confused, some even becoming psychotic.
Alzheimer's, anyone?
Does it make sense to you that doctors and scientists who depend on disease as their bread and butter and also as the source of their social prestige and political "power" would seek to create more of it?
Does it make sense that other people who have read Isaiah have the blueprint for this, and have had the blueprint for thousands of years?
Denature the bread, pollute the water, introduce poisonous metals into the cooking and food storage process. Simple.
The yield? A debilitated, sick, confused, and secretively poisoned populace, dependent on the same "government" and health officials that used this ancient protocol against them --- and all in order to enrich themselves and enhance their political power by making everyone else sick and helpless.
The answer? Redouble efforts to squelch fluoridation and install water purification systems in our homes. Ban all aluminum storage containers and cooking vessels--- boycott their use and spread the word.
Use cast iron and stainless steel and vitreous glass for cooking and food storage purposes.
Eat organically grown and non-GMO goods; if possible, grow your own.
And bulk up on the missing B1 Vitamin sources--- it's not a mistake that the Ashkenazi eat heavy whole wheat and rye breads, nut-based food like Halvah, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, sunflower seeds, old-fashioned oatmeal, organ meats, peas and beans, beets, leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, eggs and organic milk.
They keep their brains sharp and their bodies well-nourished, so that the victims of this "unobserved" crime spree are that much easier to overcome.
And now that we've dealt with Isaiah and are seeing the tip of the Health Cartel iceberg, let me also observe that Isaiah is rooted in the Old Testament and gives the outlines of a government founded on deceit, poisoning, and surreptitious murder of innocent people.
The New Testament begins with the Book of Matthew, which like Isaiah, gives a semi-hidden protocol and instructions for a new government founded on peace, forgiveness, true wisdom, and love.
The New Testament is a new contract with the people of the world, and not just the Jews. We are all potentially made into "Chosen Ones", for the Father alone will call those that he chooses to be with his son, Jew or Gentile, Buddhist or Muslim. From among all those who accept this new government will they be chosen, and called, to enter into the New Kingdom on Earth.
We will recognize his voice, as we recognize the voice of a loved one who has been away from home. We shall hear it and know that it is him in the same way, and nobody will deceive us.
Meanwhile, it's autumn. And it's a hard autumn. Time to cook up a good pot of beans, and add some carrots to it. Share some, or the gift of a bag of beans, with your neighbors, along with this article --- so everyone is brought up to speed.
The good foods are not, for the most part, expensive foods. They are the foods of former slaves in a distant era, simple and unprocessed and hearty, and well-within the means of most people to obtain.
While you are at it, begin a protocol of self-massage and massage for family members. We are more dependent on touch and the transfer of energy by touch than we imagine.
"Social distancing" is just one more way to isolate and weaken us.
Fight back by giving each other longer hugs --- at least twenty seconds, by rubbing backs, massaging feet, brushing your hair a hundred strokes like your Great-Grandma recommended, spending more time actively playing contact games with your children, and yes, petting and playing with pets. It all helps and builds a tapestry of beneficial energy that you can rely on to strengthen your connection to the source of all life.

This Public Notice is addressed to all Readers, all Agents, and all Principals worldwide. It is a matter of urgent national and international concern.
Following the unresolved mercenary conflict known deceptively as The American Civil War, Territorial United States Agents in the form of Union Army Generals seized upon land and assets belonging to their Employers, the American States and People, and placed these assets in various Public Trusts.
These included the US Trust, the United States Trust, the Public Charitable Trust, the Northern Trust, the Southern Trust, and so on, as well as individual State Trusts all operated under similarly styled names: The New York State [Land Trust], the Ohio State [Land Trust], et alia.
The False Presumption involved was that the actual government had disappeared, together with all the People of the various Several States. In fact, our erstwhile Federal Employees didn't bother to tell us what was going on, as they acted secretively "in our names" far outside any granted authority to do so.
The actual Federal Constitutions require that any circumstance or matter that is not explicitly addressed by the Constitutions remains an issue standing within the purview of the Reserved Powers of the States and People. See Amendment X of all three Federal Constitutions.
The disposition of our assets remains with us, the American States and People, to this very day, and not with our Hired Help, and not in accord with their attempts to unlawfully convert our private and public holdings.
There are now Fifty State Assemblies present and this circumstance signals the collapse of all public trusts held in the names of our States, e.g., The New York State [Land Trust] and the Ohio State Trust, and all similar entities, as well as all the other national and regional trusts and international trusts that have been established in our names and the names of our States and our Regions and our Country.
When what is true appears, what is false must pass away.
When the actual States and People "return" and present themselves, as they have, all pretense that we are "lost" or "missing" or are otherwise incompetent to manage our affairs must cease.

The plain fact is that neither these municipal government organizations nor any "UN Peacekeepers" should be here on our land and soil.
By Operation of Law, the unauthorized Municipal Corporations, including those that have acted as the governments of major cities, should simply be dissolved and their assets should be lawfully converted to the ownership of the actual State.
It is unfortunate that these organizations ever saw fit to usurp against their employers, but having done so, they cannot complain against the long-published Public Law, including the Federal Constitutions, and cannot raise any objection based on their contract. ..."[112]

I am forever amazed by the way the enemies of all free people everywhere bury news and burn books, which amounts to my appreciation for how circumscribed, controlled, gutless, and generally incompetent journalists and the defenders of public --- as in "publicly funded" --- education actually are.
If they weren't all of the above and more, we wouldn't have this situation in this country or anywhere else in the world. The Fourth Estate is more like the Fourth Little Whorehouse in Texas and the Educators stand in sore need to be educated, with or without public funding.
Case in point: there are no "Fourteenth Amendment citizens" and there haven't been since 1907.
Lawfully, the only Municipal citizenry there is or has ever been, consists of the Municipal elements of the Federal Civil Service and their dependents, members of the Congress, and those born in the Municipality of Washington, DC.
In 1868, a Scottish Commercial Corporation merely calling itself "The United States of America" --- Incorporated, infringed upon our Good Name and trademarks and deliberately sought to confuse itself with our unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America.
As part and parcel of this fraud scheme, they published a new "constitution" and called it "The Constitution of the United States of America" --- which should have been called "The Constitution of the United States of America, Incorporated".
This promoted confusion between their corporate "constitution" and the actual Territorial Constitution (1789).
One must realize that the word "constitution" is a generic term for an agreement involving debt.
The debt related to the actual Territorial Constitution of 1789 is the debt owed by the States for services provided by the Territorial subcontractors.
The debt related to the phony 1868 look-alike "constitution" amounted to war reparations owed to the Territorial Government and its Northern business partners by the Southerners and the Municipal citizens that sided with the South.
The 1789 Constitution is a trust indenture, a treaty, and a service contract between Principals implementing the terms of the treaties ending The War of Independence.
The 1868 "Constitution" is a deceptive Articles of Incorporation for a British-based commercial corporation intent on collecting war reparations.
The perpetrators promptly created new By-Laws to their foreign charter, misrepresented these corporate By-Laws as "Amendments" and passed the 14th Amendment.
We have since proven that no such Amendment, or any Amendment after the 13th, was ratified by the actual States of the Union.
The 14th Amendment conferred Municipal citizenship on freed black plantation slaves and other "colored persons" without their knowledge or consent and made them liable for the war reparations.
In other words, the vermin freed the plantation slaves with one hand, and enslaved them again with the other. They abolished private slave ownership at the same time they institutionalized public slave ownership.
They transferred this very valuable "human commodity" to their own benefit and taxed these innocent people and seized their estates and private assets-- including the value of their labor-- as collateral backing their own debts. Over time, they schemed to do the same thing to all of us.
They re-defined the meaning of "colored person" to include "people of color" in the same sense as "color of law" --- that is, "persons" in other words, and redefined "person" to mean "corporation", and embraced the concept of "White Negroes", too, in their effort to enslave living people and to seize upon their assets as collateral backing government debts.
No more vile, lawless, unconscionable, or venal scheme has ever been hatched.
But in 1906-07 the Scottish Interloper went bankrupt, taking it's corporate charter, the phony "constitution", and its "Fourteenth Amendment citizens of the United States" with it.
Now, it's all over except the Fat Lady singing. There is no "Fourteenth Amendment" pertaining to any American and never has been. No Sixteenth Amendment, either.
The entire set up was a confidence racket and fraud scheme, and the nastiness promoted by the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Administration as The New Deal was even worse and more insidious.
Officially, the New Deal only applied to Municipal Civil Servants --- a tiny number of people, but by skillful word-smithing and deliberate omissions and disinformation campaigns, FDR was able to make false commercial claims of ownership against the American people and enabled to "take title" to vast amounts of American resources. Take a close look at the Agricultural Adjustment Act and the suffering it inflicted.
They think they are going to get away with it, again, too. This is the source of the orders that American farmers received this spring, telling them to destroy their crops in the field.
The Vermin now imagine that they are going to "re-up" their false claims of ownership against Americans by buying "donated" DNA (see Larry Fink's efforts to buy Ancestry.com) and by injecting patented RNA vaccines "mandated" by the Municipal Government (but only applicable to actual Municipal citizens) -- which will change the victim's natural DNA matrix and create a "new" product owned by the patent holders.
LOL. So they say.
Larry Fink needs a court order dissolving Black Rock, Inc. for crimes against humanity, and Bill Gates needs the same done to him.
All those who continue to promote slavery of any kind in a world where slavery has been officially abolished since 1926 need their rumps cut off and handed to them.

He owns/controls the Municipal Government directly. He owns/controls the Territorial Government indirectly. It's time his position was fully exposed to the light of day and that he is held accountable for promoting any misadministration or violence on our shores.
The Pope has the right to liquidate any corporation on Earth, because all corporations have been defined and created by the Roman Curia.
It's time that we rack 'em and stack 'em.

The actual American States haven't been assembled in over 150 years.
It's natural that when Americans are faced with the news that they have to reorganize and restore their government, people assume that we are talking about the "government" they are familiar with ---- but we aren't.
We are talking about the government of the People, for the People, and by the People. We've never seen it in our lifetimes. Our States were last assembled during our Grandparent's and Great-Grandparent's lifetimes.
Worse, we were never told much about our actual government by those who were making their fortunes off of [mis]administering our assets.
In the Public Schools of this country all we were ever taught was the history of the Federal Government and the Federal States of States.
We were told about the British Territorial Government operating out of the District of Columbia and its structure and its "constitutional democracy".
We were told, if we were sharp enough to catch it, about the Municipal Government operating out of the Municipality of Washington, DC, and its Fascist Roman-Style oligarchy.
But we studiously were not told a word about our own "missing" Federal States of States and the Federal Government that we are actually owed.
We certainly weren't told a word about the actual American Government that is our heritage.
That was never mentioned at all, unless you had the good fortune to have been ---- like I was ---- the youngest daughter of the youngest daughter of the youngest son. My Grandfather was born in 1865. He remembered the dirt. He told his wife. She told her daughter. And her daughter told me. And now, I am telling you.
You already know that the "national assembly" effort headed up by the Michigan General Jural Assembly failed and was sidelined and co-opted. They included "US Citizens" as members and that automatically voided their efforts to organize an American State----if in fact that was ever their intention.
The only parties that can organize American States are American State Citizens. Our actual geographically-defined States don't allow Dual Citizenship.
Anything that "US Citizens" organize is by definition a "State of State" also known as a "Confederate State", but we are not confused.
We know what kind of State we are organizing --- an actual, factual, geographically defined State of the Union, which is a member of the Federation of States known as The United States of America [Unincorporated].
So, now here comes another such misguided effort, headed up by TeamLaw.com:

They are trying to elect "State" Governors, and advertising that these are "de jure" Governors of our States. But that can't be, either.
Governors, like Presidents, are CEO's operating in international jurisdiction, and depending on whether they are elected to serve the international jurisdiction of the land [our American State Governors] or elected to serve the international jurisdiction of the sea [British Territorial "Governor"], they are defined accordingly.
So, in fact, since 1868, the only kind of "Governor" we have had, are British Territorial United States "Governors" of State of State organizations. Not actual American land jurisdiction State Governors.
They use semantic deceits and call themselves "State Governors" because their State of State corporations, like the State of New Jersey, are all "Confederate States" ---- inchoate, non-physical, incorporated "States"----but none of it actually has anything to do with us or our lawful American Government or our geographic States of the Union.
So, again, we face the "Cuckoo Bird Switch" in which the British Territorial Government substituted itself for our lawful American Government and conveniently never told us a word.
They substituted their sea jurisdiction "Governors" for our land jurisdiction "Governors".
And again, only American State Citizens can elect a land jurisdiction State Governor.
If US Citizens elect a Governor, he is by definition a sea jurisdiction State of State [aka Confederate State] Governor.
So what TeamLaw is doing----- soliciting volunteers to fill vacant Governor-ships, however well-intended the effort may be, is invalid from the perspective of the actual States and People unless:
(1) the individuals involved have made the effort to record their paperwork and formally reclaim and declare their birthright political status as American State Citizens--because we have all been issued British Territorial Birth Certificates and mis-identified as "US Citizens" otherwise; and (2) they have assembled their actual States, populated their States, and elected a Governor who is a State Citizen.
Then, and only then, do we have actual land jurisdiction State Governors competent to wield the Powers of our States and People.
You may have noticed how, for the most part, the US Presidents boss the State of State Governors around. This is because the Governors are in fact running corporate franchises that are ultimately under the President's thumb. See all the information I have provided about the States of States having EINs, TINs, CAGE numbers, and Dunn and Bradstreet ratings as corporations.
By definition, no incorporated entity can be sovereign. Our actual States are sovereign. So you can see right there that their "States" are not our States and vice versa.
There is no actual Checks and Balances between the powers of a sea jurisdiction State of State and the Federal Corporation chartering it. Such a "State of State" [aka Confederate State] is dependent on the parent corporation the same way that your local Burger King is dependent on Burger King, International.
Thus, the Governor of your State is actually, legally, ethically powerless to oppose any directive from the parent Federal Corporation and the constitutionally mandated Checks and Balances have been undermined and side-stepped by the perpetrators.
As long as we continue to "acquiesce" to functioning as any sort of "US Citizen" we are in an invisible trap.
If US Citizens elect a Governor, that Governor is just the local CEO of a DC franchise corporation, obligated to protect the interests and profits of that corporation regardless of the harm it does to us.
It's only when Americans act as American State Citizens and elect a land jurisdiction Governor that the pedal hits the metal and Checks and Balances clicks back into place.
Only then do our Governors inherit the power to "hire and fire" the DC Bureaucrats.
I don't blame people for being confused. I have the utmost sympathy. If I had not had the good fortune to be born into a politically aware family that was devoted to the American Government ---- and therefore preserved memory of it across more than a hundred years--- I'd be just as confused as most other people appear to be.
As it is, I am not confused; I have joined together with others who are not confused, and we are trying our best to explain the circumstance and the jargon and the means by which we have been deceived and over-lorded by our own employees in hopes of getting through to other Americans.
The republican states that control the soil jurisdiction of this country don't even have "Governors". They have State Assembly Chairmen and the State Assembly Chairmen tell the Governors what they want done.
Thus the Pecking Order in the American Government is exactly the opposite of the Pecking Order in the Federal Government. We are bottom up and the Federal Government organizations we are all familiar with are top down, whether they are British Territorial corporations or Roman Municipal corporations.
If we put our minds to it and remember who we are, we can assemble our actual States, and restore the American Government we are owed.

As our politically appointed Federal judiciary proceeds down their chosen path of chaotic departure from the peoples' government by substituting their personal law rationalized under the 14th Amendment, their actions and verbiage brand them and their team as secessionists--rebels with pens instead of guns--seeking to destroy our Union.
They must be stopped. Public opinion must be aroused. The Union must and shall be preserved. Mr. Speaker, I ask to include in the Record, following my remarks, House Concurrent Resolution 208 of the Louisiana Legislature urging this Congress to declare the 14th Amendment illegal. Thanks to "Neo" for his most recent webinar on the "Real ID Act" and thanks also to one of his students especially for presenting the most valuable thing he has received from Neo's teaching - and that is - the critical importance of one's own identity! Not knowing who you are is the very first deception (albeit it is really a self-deception) and it is at the core of how "... Many Methods ... Are Used to Deceive The Nations"!
This blog has focused on shinning the light into great darkness. This blog-author realizes there is a possible consequence of disheartedness. Now (thanks to Neo) there's also an exceeding great encouragement that can be possible if we have an ear to hear it.
Virtually All of "The Many Methods That Are Used" are a backdrop for you to declare the truth of who you are. Consider it all as a giant blackboard. (Do schools still have blackboards?) Consider yourself as the teacher who also learns as s/he teaches. In the most simple of analogies you can write your truth upon the blackboard! All it requires is four essential doable steps:
#1 Know Who You Are (as a living man/woman who lawfully stands on the land and soil jurisdiction of the state where they were born) ;
#2 Give Notice (record and/or publish the truth of who you are);
#3 Withdraw Consent (from any contractual agreement that assumed a legally fictitious identification for you);
#4 Respond (to whatever agents/agencies present) in the most truthful way.
You have an unalienable Right to your own Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness that includes your Right to always choose again! You can choose to re-identify yourself in ways that are aligned with the truth of who you are rather than according to a legal fiction that requires you to be in voluntary servitude (as per the fourteenth amendment).
The irony of the "Real ID Act" (even though it is clearly limited in its proprietary and subject matter jurisdictions) is that the American people can respond and choose to affirm their own real identity! The contrast here is the most stark this writer has seen!

The information you share is most certainly needed! I intend to quote you (again).
Regarding the need to: "uphold important freedoms": This is the very point I am responding to now. The core issue (in a nutshell) includes a certain unresolved problem that people have been suffering from especially since the late 1800s as that is when corporations usurped "Personhood" shortly after the American people had lost their original land and soil-based sovereignty consequential to the war against the states - AKA "The Civil War." Since that time the people have lost the ability to exercise their original (Organic Law-based) jurisdiction over legal fictions (i.e. corporations) that come into existence by way of a privilege that is extended by the States (originally of land and soil-based states) that were formed for, by and of the people. The loss of this ability is the fundamental "problem" that needs to be resolved.
Fortunately there is a way to resolve it. In America it requires the individual to reclaim their true status as an American via an act of expatriation. This is necessary because the “United States (a federal corporation) denies the individual’s unalienable Rights (at best these natural-born/God-given Rights are referred to “inalienable rights”. See the Jefferson Memorial) by way of the so-called 14th Amendment.
In other words - people need to correct the legal presumptions of their status in the eyes of government, reclaim the living “self-evident” truth of who they are (as both individual and collective sovereigns) and exercise their Lawful authority once again especially to deal most effectively with the legalized crimes against humanity.

Medical News Today reports that, in 2011, there was a modest uptick in the number of prescriptions written in the US.
The increase brought the total to: 4.02 billion.
Yes, in 2011, doctors wrote 4.02 billion prescriptions for drugs in America.
That’s an average of roughly 13 prescriptions for each man, woman, and child.
That’s about one new prescription every month for every American.
The Medical News Today article concluded, “…the industry should be heartened by the growth of the number of prescriptions and spending.” Yes, I’m sure the drug industry is popping champagne corks.
We’re talking about prescriptions here. We’re not talking about the number of pills Americans took. We’re also not counting over-the-counter drugs or vaccine shots.
Pharmacopoeia, a 2011 exhibition at the British Museum, estimated that “the average number of pills a person takes in his or her own lifetime in the UK is 14,000.” That’s as a result of prescriptions. Including over-the-counter drugs, the 14,000 number would swell to 40,000 pills taken in a lifetime.
What are the effects of all these drugs?
We are looking at a supreme Trojan Horse that is rotting out America and all other countries from the inside. Wars, no wars, economic deprivation, economic prosperity, the drugs continue to do their work, debilitating and ruining and terminating lives.
Many sources can be cited to confirm this assessment.
On January 8th, 2001, the LA Times published an article by one of the best medical reporters in the business, Linda Marsa: “When Good Drugs Do Harm.” Marsa quoted researcher Dr. David Bates, who indicated that, in the US, there are 36 million serious adverse reactions to medical drugs per year.
On July 26, 2000, the Journal of the American Medical Association published the most stunning mainstream estimate of medical-drug damage in history: “Is US health really the best in the world?” The author was Dr. Barbara Starfield, a respected public-health researcher at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
Starfield concluded that medical drugs were killing Americans at the rate of 106,000 per year.
That’s a million deaths per decade.
This is a conservative sketch of the Trojan Horse that has been placed in the center of every country in the world.
The pharmaceutical juggernaut will continue, no doubt about it. The only question is, how many people will wake up and seek another way?
The destruction of societies by medical drugs goes far beyond what some people call “over-prescribing.” This isn’t just a tilt in the wrong direction. It isn’t simply errors of judgment compounded by the number of doctors dispensing medicines.
Those are all polite terms suggesting the situation can be corrected through a show of good will and better judgment. That will never happen.
Countries of the world are literally being assaulted by pharmaceutical companies and their foot-soldier doctors. It’s chemical warfare.
To even begin to see light at the end of the tunnel, hundreds of millions of people must add themselves to the rolls of those who already are pursuing better health through natural means.
We need an all-out rebellion against the Pharmacopoeia.
Not even the Nazis and their dearly beloved cartel, the monster IG Farben, dreamed of the day when the citizenry would line up and demand to ingest more and more life-destroying chemicals.
In case anyone thinks the FDA, the single agency responsible for certifying drugs as safe and effective, has “overlooked the problem,” Google “FDA, Why Learn About Adverse Drug Events.” You’ll find the following statements on the FDA’s own site:
“Over 2 MILLION serious ADRs [Adverse Drug Events] yearly; 100,000 DEATHS yearly.”
The only thing missing is:
“And we, the FDA, said the drugs were safe.”[83]

The pattern cannot be corrected. There is no reforming "the pharmaceutical juggernaut." There are only three effective ways that I know of whereby this situation can be dealt with by people and all three of these are needed. The first one is pointed to by Jon (at about six to seven lines up from the end of his article above here). The other two are as follows:
The "final solution" (an appropriate term that finally can be directed to the big pharma) is for the people to reclaim the soil and land jurisdiction of their original Organic State and completely liquidate the pharmaceutical corporations (by recalling their charters along with those of every and all additional corporations that have caused any harm, injuries and/or death to the people). This requires the people to reclaim their individual birthright status and then to reassemble their Organic States.
The short-term but accumulative approach is for each individual who has ever suffered an Adverse Drug Event and their survivors to do a UCC process against the corporation for damages. This is a non-judical process.
All three ways are entirely up to the people, not a matter of external government intervention, and do not require representation by a lawyer. Ultimately the is about the people fully reclaiming and restoring their power over all corporations.

March 16, 2019 - Toward A Clarification of Our Individual & Collectively Shared World Conception -
On the 14th I noted a conversation as: "The mental conceptualization of the world system matrix" that I found serendipitously validating for my previous note earlier that morning, especially in regards to how a PhD depends upon the matrix to be unquestioned. Also noted the process required to obtain true freedom from that matrix in light of "The Philosophy of Freedom." The "previous note" is longer and may add this later. In any case now comes Jon Rapport (within about 48 hours of my thoughts on this subject) with a further "validating" message that I quote from following:

March 9, 2019 - Do You Think You're a "Mister", a "Missus", or a "Miss"? -
... The title "Mister" indicates that the person being addressed is a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marine Service. It may also be applied to a Midshipman in the Queen's Navy. So this one title, "Mister", can refer to someone engaged in international trade, or to a junior officer in the navy, depending on the context in which it is used.
The use of this term to address any man of legal age has become commonplace in this country, though obviously, it should not be. Misapplying it to average Americans creates the basis for legal presumptions that are inappropriate and disadvantageous to those Americans who appear to accept the title of "Mister" or "Missus" (a Mister's wife) or "Miss" (a Mister's spinster daughter).
The title "Esquire" indicates that the person being addressed is working as a Squire, the lowest rank of the British Nobility, from which they can aspire to become a Knight, a Lord, or even higher dignitary.
Each and every one of these titles and offices is a separate Legal Person, quite apart from the Legal Person bearing the title.
These titles are foreign to America and Americans, however, because we contracted to receive certain stipulated services from the British Government they have gradually insinuated themselves upon our shores.
Make no mistake, however, that clueless as Americans may be, our British counterparts are fully aware that when they call you "Mister" or "Missus" or "Miss" they are attaching a title to you--- and along with the title go the responsibilities and duties associated with it, all owed to the Queen.
By using these titles to address you they are establishing the contractual basis of prosecuting you under maritime or admiralty law. If you call someone "Mister" and he answers to it, that is "probable cause" to assume that he is operating in a capacity subject to the Queen.
The most egregious example of this occurs when millions of Americans fill out 1040 Forms and claim under penalty of perjury that they are acting as "Withholding Agents" --- that is, as Warrant Officers in the British Merchant Marine Service. These innocent people have no idea what a "Withholding Agent" is, much less the jurisdiction in which a Withholding Agent functions, but they have mistakenly acted as a Legal Person working as an unpaid volunteer of a foreign (British) government, which then obligates them to perform according to the standards of the job.
Our Forefathers were not as ignorant as we are today and saw the manner in which this application of titles to living people could be misused and how the benefits and privileges of some titles, such as "Esquire" could become the basis for conflict of interest and split loyalties, so they banned their use on our shores, but could not ban their use in the international jurisdiction of the sea.[79]

Comment: Based on this information and knowing that these titles are used in mail and that there exists the possibility of some governmental-type agent/agency making a legal assumption based on the silent acquiescence of the "addressee - I have refused to be identified with "Mister"/Mr. for over well over the past twenty-five years. IMO - any mail item addressed to: "Mr." is sufficient reason to refuse it and mail it back marked: "Return To Sender" with a choice of "No Such Person" and/or "Refused For Cause."

The "missing" 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:
"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."
At the first reading, the meaning of this 13th Amendment (also called the "title of nobility" Amendment) seems obscure, unimportant.
The references to "nobility", "honour", "emperor", "king", and "prince" lead us to dismiss this amendment as a petty post-revolution act of spite directed against the British monarchy. But in our modern world of ... Prince Charles, anti-royalist sentiments seem so archaic and quaint, that the Amendment can be ignored. Not so. Consider some evidence of its historical significance:
* First, "titles of nobility" were prohibited in both Article VI of the Articles of Confederation (1777) and in Article I, Sections 9 and 10 of the Constitution of the United States (1787);
* Second, although already prohibited by the Constitution, an additional "title of nobility" amendment was proposed in 1789, again in 1810, and according to Dodge, finally ratified in 1819.[80]

February 22, 2019 - "The Methods" of Hoodwinking, Misrepresentation, and Defrauding -

I know many of you are suffering and distressed to learn the true condition of our country and to see and know for sure how generations of Americans have been hoodwinked, misrepresented, and defrauded. Many are angry, too. And at first, nearly everyone is confused, disoriented, and overwhelmed.
There's so much to learn, so much to take in.
Here I am telling you that after a whole lifetime spent thinking of yourself as a "US Citizen" ---- that you probably aren't a "US Citizen" -- and except for maybe a stint of military service, never were.
You're an American State Citizen instead. You just haven't known that and haven't been made aware of the distinction. Or the advantages of being an American State Citizen, either.
Federal Titles 8, 11, and 42 give a pretty exhaustive listing (in different spots) of exactly who legitimately can be regarded as "US Citizens" of one kind or another:
1. People born in the actual Territories --- Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, et alia.
2. People born in Washington, DC
3. African Americans (but not all African Americans)
4. Native Americans (but not all Native Americans, either)
5. Federal Civilian Employees
6. U.S. Military Employees
7. Dependents of Federal Civilian and Military Personnel
8. Federal Elected Officials
9. Foreign Political Asylum Seekers
10. Federal Subcontractors while on the job; includes Federal State of State franchise employees, and alphabet soup agency personnel.
11. Directly chartered Federal Corporations and their officials.
It is this last category that has been applied to virtually all of us. Beginning in 1940, with the Buck Act and related legislation, the Municipal United States Congress conferred free franchises on all of us, and, upon our receipt of these "gifts" they then claimed that we donated our Good Names and all our assets to them.
This was done without any Notice to us, without disclosure to our parents, and then evidenced by deliberate falsification of our political status via the birth registration process and the creation of completely unconscionable "citizenship" contracts that went along with the registrations.
As babies we couldn't know that all of this was being done "for" us by members of the Municipal United States Congress without our knowledge or consent. Our parents weren't told either.
It was the perfect crime, until the rest of us figured it all out, and now there is Hell to Pay and a lot to be done.
These things were done with criminal malice aforethought by people on our payroll, acting under assumed contracts obligating them to abide by the provisions of our Constitutions and to protect our rights as material interests of the National Trust.
Fraud and breach of trust on a massive scale was thus perpetuated against the American States and People by our own employees. Millions of Americans have also been mis-characterized as Federal Volunteers of various kinds to justify claims that we are all Federal Employees.
For example, "Withholding Agents" are actually Warrant Officers in the British Territorial Merchant Marine Service, charged with collecting Gift Estate Taxes as an excise tax mislabeled as an "income tax".
The Brits are taxing us for the privilege of "donating" our Good Names and Estates to the Pope --- purportedly---- and on top of everything else, they are misidentifying us as their own "volunteer" employees and subjects of the Queen.
All of this is fraud against us, pure and simple, but in order to bring a stop to it and to enforce the Constitutional guarantees we are all owed, it requires us to wake up, see what has been done to us and by whom, and to take action.
I know that this can seem utterly overwhelming at first, but here we are, those are the facts, and yes, we can put a stop to this. You and your beloved country will come through this difficult time. The more of us who become educated and who take up the tasks involved, the better.
In order to correct your erring employees without fear of reprisals from them and their misdirected alphabet soup agency subcontractors, it is necessary to establish superior evidence on the Public Record of who you are and your correct political status.
That's Job One, because until you do that, they have an excuse to presume the existence of Federal Persons/PERSONS subject to their jurisdiction and operating under your Name/NAME. This is how they harass people and steal their property. You have to debunk their presumption of ownership of your Name and also any derivative NAMES.
We've developed a simple process that anyone can use to establish superior evidence of your identity and political status.

Remember that any "law", any "Act", any "Executive Order" that is repugnant to us, those who are the remnant of the People who are Party to the Constitutions, is null and void ab initio. This includes all the false commercial claims and repugnant legislation that members of Municipal and Territorial Congresses have passed.
We were never part of their vicious Civil War by definition and though they may be at "war", we are at peace and are owed The Law of Peace.
The reckoning has come, but it must be done logically, intelligently, step by step, and one by one.
Every day I meet people who are disoriented, angry, and confused. Many of them want to attack the messenger --- me, because the news I bear is unwanted and unpleasant to contemplate.
Who wants to admit that they have been gulled and pillaged by the British Monarchs and the Popes for six generations? Who wants to see that it may be the "land of the free", but through deceit, betrayal, and guile of our own employees, we have been left permanently at sea?
Nobody wants to wake up to that, and yet, there is this comfort in it.

Now the same people who are urging you to "register" everything including your land-- and unwittingly give it away to foreign powers---and who believe in and promote a great many fairy-tales themselves are accusing me of telling people "fairy-tales".
That is, in true Cabal Satanist fashion, they are accusing me of doing what they have done.
You want fairy-tales? I will give you examples of the fairy-tales they have promoted that have defrauded you out of the country and the wealth you are owed:
That a Federal Reserve (Promissory) Note--- an I.O.U. -- actually pays anyone for anything.
That the "Federal Reserve" has anything to do with the American Federation of States or the actual Federal Government, either one.
That a group of British Territorial Citizens acting under conditions of deceit and calling themselves the "Congress" of "the" United States of America has acted with "Good Faith" or has any "Credit".
That a piece of paper promising to pay you "something" undefined and deceitfully described as a "US DOLLAR" sometime in the future is an equitable exchange for your goods and services now.
That a "Statement" is a "Bill".
That a placenta is a "human person".
That the word "person" means "corporation".
That the words "state, State, or United States" mean"Municipal Corporation of the District of Columbia".
That a "Notice of Levy" is a "Levy".
That an "Officer" employed by a corporation is a public "Official".
That we all knowingly and voluntarily donated our birthright and estate as Americans to the British Crown and the Roman Catholic Church.
That we all volunteered to pay large percentages of our earnings --redefined as "income" ---as Class 5 Gift and Estate Taxes collected as Excise Taxes. (Read that-- they are taxing us for the privilege of donating everything we are and everything we own to them.)
That we agreed to be enslaved in exchange for "benefits" that we pay for ourselves.
That our Mothers are all Unwed Mothers acting as "informants" against their own babies and that they knowingly donating their babies as "wards" of the Territorial United States franchises operating as States of States, like the "State of Ohio".
That any foreign incorporated entity has any right to claim any material interest in or ownership of the flag of The United States of America---including the Title IV Flag.
That use of our flag and other emblems and capacities under Delegated Powers creates any valid material interest in those powers on the part of those entrusted to exercise them.
That we all volunteered to mortgage our homes and land for the benefit of foreign corporations.
That we volunteered to pay property taxes for the privilege of living on our "donated" estates.
That any "license" is required to get married, have a dog, drive a car, practice law or practice medicine.
That the Federal Government is composed of three branches consisting of Executive, Legislative and Judicial functions, when in fact it is composed of three actual and separate branches:--Federal, Territorial, and Municipal.
That a Scottish commercial corporation franchise doing business as "the" State of Ohio is the same as an American Company doing business as The State of Ohio.
That our actual government is supposed to be run by political lobbyists.
That we voluntarily abandon any part of ownership or control of our DNA in the process of being born, living, or dying.
(Hint-- they claim to own you and your DNA. That's why when you bring Proof of your Claim of Life you have to seal it in blood and the DNA has to match the DNA of the placenta these crooks seized upon and claimed was an "abandoned" "human person" and -- and was the actual owner of your Good Name and estate. After the placenta dies they create an "infant decedent estate" for it, claim that "You" died at the hospital, and that big chain of gross lies and "fairy-tales" alienates you from your Name and identity. From then on, you are working for your own dead placenta's ESTATE and the perpetrators of all these "fairy-tales" are claiming to be the beneficiaries of your Name and Estate. Still want to talk about "fairy-tales"???)
That the "American Civil War" was a war.
That the "American Civil War" was a "War Between the States".
(It was actually a Mercenary Conflict between Federal States of States and didn't actually involve the States at all.)
That the Territorial Government is the Federal Government.
(It's actually a part of the Federal Government and can be called "Federal" as a result-- but it is not the Federal Branch of the Federal Government- which has other powers that the Territorial Government was never authorized to exercise)
That the "Reconstruction" of the Federal States of States was ever completed.
That the American People were ever given any full disclosure about any of this.
That a "National Debt" of $21 Trillion Dollars can exist in a Debt-Credit Currency System.
(Every transaction in such a system is self-cancelling with a net zero result.)
That a "U.S. Citizen" is the same as an "American Citizen".
That such entities as "Sovereign citizens" and "private citizens" can exist.
(Both descriptions are oxymorons-- nobody can be in sovereign or private capacity and act as a citizen at the same time. These concepts are more fanciful than unicorns -- still want to talk about telling us "fairy-tales"?
That Peacekeeping Officials and Peacekeeping Officers are the same as Law Enforcement Officers.
That American railroads are American anymore.
(The French-run "Grand Army of the Republic" took over de facto control of the American Railroads beginning in 1863 -- and they and their successors have run the American Railroads into the ground and mismanaged them ever since. The same players have repeatedly bankrupted the "United States Postal Service").
That "American Media" is American.
(All the major media sources and outlets are owned by foreign conglomerates who censor and limit what passes as "news" in this country by making sure that every news story gets fed through one of two (also foreign owned) wire services-- the AP and Reuters. And all this is overseen by foreigners, too.)
That the U.S. Military is equivalent to the American Armed Forces and that either one of them are American--- though they are largely staffed by Americans.
(The Department of Defense is a subcontractor of the British Territorial Government and the DOD is a subcontractor of the Municipal Government run by the Holy See and neither one are American or necessarily loyal to American interests.)
That the Department of Justice is the same as the DOJ and that either one of them are American.
(Same story as above.)
That such a thing as a "United States Treasury" exists.
(No such thing since 1924. The Federal Reserve has served that function--- basically as a giant securities fraud and racketeering and money laundering and kick back operation imported by the usual suspects--- the British Territorial United States (Britain) and the Municipal United States (Holy See). None of us nor our parents "volunteered" to act as "franchises" of the Municipal Government, despite the obvious lies and fraud and falsification of public records that these Vermin have indulged in.
Clearly, they have been preparing for years to use a Democratic President to do a Fascist-Style take over of our country by granting all these "Powers" to the "President of the United States" ---- note, not The President of The United States of America. The seemingly sweeping empowerment of Executive Orders is a set up as in any sting operation, serving to bamboozle the Public into accepting all this horrific usurpation under color of law.

The only jurisdiction occupied by the Federal Government is international jurisdiction. International jurisdiction is populated exclusively by corporations and officers of corporations --- no people at all.
Ditto the Air Jurisdiction inhabited by the Municipal Government which inhabits global jurisdiction. The Air Jurisdiction is likewise populated by legal fictions having no substance --- patents and patent-holders, copyrights and copyright-holders, etc., ---- no people at all.
So when the Municipal United States Congress granted FDR all these additional "Emergency Powers" as exemplified by Executive Orders 10990, 10995, 10997, 10098, 10099, 11000, 11002, 11004, 11005, 11051, and especially 11310 which takes all the powers of the Presidency and hands them over to DOJ--- which is obviously a big part of The Problem --- all those "powers", including the power to issue and enforce all these Executive Orders, pertains only the the Municipal Corporations and their employees and has nothing whatsoever to do with the rest of us.
We have been the victims of this sting operation, but the plain fact is it has nothing to do with us, and anyone who tries to make it have something to do with us is engaged in racketeering and other forms of crime.
Likewise, when Abraham Lincoln issued the first "Executive Order"----- General Order 100, aka, The Lieber Code --- it was issued in his capacity as the Commander-in-Chief of the Territorial Government to his employees and subordinates --- the Generals of the Grand Army of the Republic.
Obviously, he didn't have the power to issue an Executive Order to the American People---his employers. All he could do was direct and instruct his employees and subordinates as to how they were to conduct themselves and how they were to conduct the administration of the southern [Federal] States of States after the war.
Bottom line --- you are not a Federal franchisee and your property assets do not belong to them and any assertion otherwise is fraudulent.[71]

... Major institutions on this planet that control Military, Money, Energy, Government, Medical, Corporate, Media, and Education are becoming, more and more, global cartels, horizontally integrated across national borders.
This is more than a top-down command process. It’s organically evolving. Three steps forward, two steps back. What might be considered as an "Eight-fold Order" (that apparently is emerging) consisting of: "Military, Money, Energy, Government, Medical, Corporate, Media, and Education" is void of the "social sphere" I think is at the heart of the "Three-Fold Social Order" concept that Steiner had introduced through the Anthroposophical Society after WW1. "Education" might seem to be an exception to this however education inside this eight-fold matrix is certainly not about freedom as in Waldorf. It is at the other end of the spectrum where total indoctrination into this brave new world rules. That world exists today in a certain developmental stage.
In light of the above and now more than ever before the individual needs to cultivate a real inner hope for humanity based on a renewed faith in the individual's ability to create and co-create living and life-giving societies. Every one of us has the creative ability that begins with inspiration and ignites in imagination. We, Americans, are dealing with two (2) foreign governments on our shores--- one Territorial United States Government presided over by the British hegemony, and one Municipal United States Government presided over by the bunko artists of the "Republican" and "Democratic" Political Lobbies, in what pretends to be "a" "United States Congress".
These two entities were built into our government from the beginning, but never intended to play anything like the roles that they have since usurped.
The Territorial United States Government was supposed to oversee new Territories until their eventual statehood and also provide a government for Possessions run as Territorial domains, like Puerto Rico and American Samoa. They also provided other stipulated services as clearly stated in the Territorial United States Constitution.
Instead, they have usurped upon our States and established their own "States of States" and liberally substituted themselves for our rightful government in betrayal of trust and duty.
In their defense, they will say this was necessary because we did not re-establish Federal level States of States after the Civil War, but in fairness to us, nobody explained the situation and no effort was made to inform the public and allow for Reconstruction of the lawful government we are owed.
In additional fairness to us, we were never required to replace the Federal States of States and are perfectly competent to run our commercial affairs as States, so that there has in fact been no "emergency" and no viable excuse for what has been perpetrated in this country.
The Second Thorn in our flesh, the Municipal United States Government, is run as an "independent international city-state" under a foreign charter issued by the Holy See, and it was (and is) supposed to be limited to providing a municipal government for the Municipality of Washington, DC, wholly within the ten miles square of the District of Columbia.
Instead, they, too, have established their own Municipal STATES OF STATES and have incorporated more than 185,000 municipal corporations to function under their boot heels--- and the Pope's. All of this activity by them is strictly unconstitutional and illegal, too.
Unfortunately, the fraud perpetuated here proved to be very profitable and the rest of the world's governments followed suit. As a result, the French and the Germans and the Japanese and the Aussies and the Canadians and nearly 200 other countries are similarly beset by two layers of foreign government, all functioning as "governmental services corporations" -- that have nothing to do with the actual government that the people are owed.
It is vitally important for everyone to understand the fact that these jokers are just corporations in the business of providing "governmental services" under contract and are not our actual government. They see their "job" as selling us services like any other vendor, and if we don't like the service they provide--?
In theory, according to them, the only people we can complain to are their bosses and their bosses --- as you can clearly see --- generally don't give a fig about service to the country or the people in it.
Why? Because they are nothing but political lobbyists occupying vacated Public Offices under conditions of fraud and deceit.
As long as we let them get away with it and are deceived by this giant game of "Pretend" they have everything to gain and nothing to lose by continuing on with this out of control charade.
We, the People, (as opposed to "We, the Persons") are supposed to be self-governing, so we are the actual government in this country, but in order to fulfill our role, we must move to organize our Jural Assemblies and exercise our prerogatives, or we shall have none. ...[69]

Where, the day before, a peaceful polyglot culture of mostly Arabic and Jordanian people co-existed with a large contingent of European Christians and Jews--- we now had all of them arbitrarily labeled as "Palestinians". Side One was created.
Then all the Perps had to do was create another "side" for the newly created Palestinians to fight against. This was accomplished by importing large numbers of Jews.

This is an intelligence briefing. Here I present the bare bones of what has been happening before our eyes…if we would see it.
Once upon a time, there was an industrial combine in Nazi Germany called IG Farben. It was the largest chemical/pharmaceutical octopus in the world. It owned companies, and it had favorable business agreements with companies from England to Central America to Japan.
The author of The Devil’s Chemists, Josiah DuBois, traveled to Guatemala, on a fact-finding mission, in the early days of World War 2, and returned with the comment that, as far as he could tell, Guatemala was “a wholly owned subsidiary of Farben.”
The pharmaceutical empire was and is one of the major forces behind the European Union (EU). It is no accident that these drug corporations wield such power. They aren’t only involved in controlling the medical cartel; they are political planners.
This is how and why Big Pharma fits so closely with what is loosely referred to as the New World Order. The aim of enrolling every human in a cradle-to-grave system of disease diagnosis and toxic drug treatment has a larger purpose: to debilitate, to weaken populations.
This is a political goal. It facilitates control.
IG Farben’s main component companies, at the outbreak of World War 2, were Bayer, BASF, and Hoechst. They were chemical and drug companies. Farben put Hitler over the top in Germany as head of State, and the war was designed to lead to a united Europe that would be dominated by the Farben nexus.
The loss of the war didn’t derail that plan. It was shifted into an economic blueprint, which became, eventually, the European Union.
The European Commission’s first president was Walter Hallstein, the Nazi lawyer who, during the war, had been in charge of post-war legal planning for the new Europe.
As the Rath Foundation reports: In 1939, on the brink of the war, Hallstein had stated, “The creation of the New Law [of the Nazis] is ONLY the task of the law-makers!”
In 1957, with his reputation sanitized, Hallstein spoke the words in this manner: “The European Commission has full and unlimited power for all decisions related to the architecture of this European community.”
Post-war, IG Farben was broken up into separate companies, but those companies (Bayer, Hoechst, and BASF) came roaring back, attaining new profit highs.
I refer you to the explosive book, The Nazi Roots of the Brussels EU[63], by Paul Anthony Taylor, Aleksandra Niedzwiecki, Dr. Matthias Rath, and August Kowalczyk. You can also read it at relay-of-life.org. It is a dagger in the heart of the EU.
At the Rath Foundation, you can also read Joseph Borkin’s classic, “The Crime and Punishment of IG Farben.”[64]
In 1992, I was deeply engaged in researching the specific devastating effects of medical drugs. Eventually, I concluded that, at the highest levels of power, these drugs weren’t destructive by accident. They were intended to cause harm. This was covert chemical warfare against the population of the planet. The Rockefeller-Standard Oil-Farben connection was a primary piece of the puzzle.
It was, of course, Rockefeller (and Carnegie) power that had forced the birth of pharmaceutical medicine in America, with the publication of the 1910 Flexner Report. The Report was used to excoriate and marginalize Chiropractic, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, and other forms of traditional natural practice, in favor of what would become the modern juggernaut of drug-based treatment.
In an article about the FDA, “Medical Murder in the Matrix,”[65] I point out the fact that this federal agency has permitted at least 100,000 deaths of Americans, per year, from the direct effects of drugs it, the FDA, has certified as safe. (See, for example, JAMA, July 26, 2000, ‘Is US Health Really the Best in the World,’ Dr. Barbara Starfield.)
The FDA knows these death figures. “Unintended” and “accidental” can no longer be applied to this ongoing holocaust.
The pharmaceutical industry itself also knows those death figures.
To understand the dimensions and history of the ongoing chemical warfare against the population, in the form of medical drugs (and of course pesticides), one must factor in the original octopus, IG Farben.
World War 2 never ended. It simply shifted its strategies.
In any fascist system, the bulk of the people working inside the system, including scientists, refuse to believe the evidence of what is happening before their own eyes. They insist they are doing good. They believe they are on the right side. They see greater top-down control as necessary and correct. They adduce “reasonable” explanations for inflicted harm and death.
World War 2 is still underway. The battleground has been changed, and the means are far cleverer.
Sun Tzu wrote: “Hence to fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy’s resistance without fighting… The best victory is when the opponent surrenders of its own accord before there are any actual hostilities…It is best to win without fighting.”
This is what has been happening: invisible warfare.[62]

Calling Territorial Admiralty and Equity Lawyers “Attorneys-at-Law” and Land Lawyers “Counselors-at-Law” and then confusing everyone some more by calling both breeds “lawyers”.
The resulting coded language has been called “double-speak” and “legalese” and many other things over the years, including “babble”— but there is only one conclusion to be drawn and that is that these people are using language to deliberately create confusion and promote crime under the old Roman Maxim of Law “Let him who will be deceived, be deceived.” —- a form of law that is not supposed to be operating on our shores.
That is why one of the most powerful forms of Notice you can give in these courts is the statement on the record that this country operates under the American Common Law and that anyone creating any legal liability will be held accountable for it.
Now, ask yourselves— what possible benefit is there to allowing these fraud artists to set up camp (or as they style it, ships in dry dock) on our shores and ply their wares of confusion and deceit throughout America?
How can we possibly hope to run our country properly when at every turn we are hampered in our communications by these endless self-interested deceits?
Our Pilgrim Fathers outlawed these “Masters of Confusion” and forced them to live in their own separate communities. Makes sense to me. They can’t speak straight and can’t behave themselves, can’t keep their paws out of other people’s pockets, can’t observe the actual limitations of their jurisdiction, can’t play fair with the people who place their trust in them—- tell me, what good are they?
These are not good or honorable men. These are liars and charlatans playing at childish semantic deceits as grown men, and profiting themselves and their masters by doing so.
It appears that the only job that they actually do and the only function that they serve is the same one they have performed since the Second Century BC — collect taxes for the Roman Pontiff and various Monarchs. That is certainly what they have been doing here— illegally and immorally— for the past 150 years.
In 1819, our forefathers pushed through an Amendment to the National-level Constitution, prohibiting Bar Attorneys from holding any public office in our government and establishing penalties for them if they do. The only kind of “Congress” that they can serve in is either the Territorial United States Congress or the Municipal United States Congress. Just take a minute and count how many Bar Association Members are presently serving in those foreign Congresses in Washington, DC and know– for sure, nailed to the floor— that they are not eligible to serve in our actual National Congress.
This illegal, immoral, outrageous, criminal usurpation — and deliberate confusion resulting in every kind of deceit and breach of trust and constructive fraud known to man — is what we have been putting up with as it strangles us with illicit “taxes” and impersonates us as “corporate franchises” and shuts down our businesses using unelected unlawful regulatory agencies as a club to stifle competition and undermine our industries and bring our country to its knees for the sake of their lies and greed and gross Dishonor.

It IS both grammar fraud-- they know that when they address anything to RICHARD MARPLE they are addressing a public trust that they set up and named after you without your knowledge or consent-- and postal fraud.
The use of all capital letters is known as "DOG LATIN". In this country it has been used as "American Sign Language."
If you look it up in Black's Fourth or in the Chicago Manual of Style you will get an eye-full. Friends in Australia have tracked its use and misuse all the way back to the Emperor Justinian. They have an entire Wordpress site dedicated to the subject-- The Justinian Deception. It is very well documented.
So when they create a public trust named after you without your knowledge or consent they are creating an "unconscionable" contract. You are literally not conscious of any of this.
Right out of the box any such contract in any jurisdiction of the law is null and void the moment you object to it, but how are you going to object if you don't know that any such THING exists?
The one contract that you can't break is the one you are not aware of.
They know the scam they have set up, but you don't. So they send you mail addressed to their PUBLIC TRUST as if you were the Trustee responsible for this, and you mistakenly think it is addressed to you and answer the summons or whatever else without objection so--- gotcha! They shirk off their responsibility for their creation and hang it around your neck instead.
Now, they are committing fraud against average Americans when they set up this whole system and start using a foreign language--DOG LATIN -- to secretively mis-address us. They are committing mail fraud by sending their solicitations through the mail to us "as if" we were the Trustees responsible for IT.
And the only way they get away with this is by pretending that this is all "voluntary" and we are knowingly and willingly allowing them to do this.
It is criminal and may not be excused in terms of private contracts. An illegal private contract is still illegal. Slavery and involuntary servitude have both been outlawed worldwide since 1926. Any contract voluntary of involuntary yielding that result is also null and void.
But we have to object to being bonded and we have to object to any presumption of Trusteeship related to IT and we have to object to the Mail fraud and so on---and how are The People going to do that if (1) they don't know this ugly foreign system exists and (2) they don't know they have been targeted and included in this foreign system by these scam artists and (3) they trust and respect the vermin doing this to them and think you are a crackpot when you try to warn them?[42]

If you doubt this, look up the definition of autism in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, and try to find a definitive lab test that leads to a diagnosis of autism. There is no such test.
That means there is no confirmed cause of autism. And THAT means there is no proof autism is a single and specific condition.
Like other so-called developmental disorders or neurological disorders, autism is a collection of behaviors and symptoms, clustered together by committees of psychiatrists.
Basically, what is being called autism is DAMAGE. Various forms of neurological damage. This means the cause(s) could be coming from a variety of places.
For example, vaccines can and do cause damage.
Neurological damage, brain damage.
Parents of damaged children know this. The(y) were there. They saw their children before vaccination and after vaccination.

First of all, as I reported some months ago, 25% of college students in America have received a diagnosis of a mental disorder, or are on psychiatric drugs. I mention this to indicate how widespread psychiatric control has become.
That statistic has been reported by NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
NAMI also states: “Approximately 1 in 5 adults in the U.S.—43.8 million, or 18.5%—experiences mental illness in a given year.”
These figures are earthshaking. They reflect a relentless push, by organized psychiatry and their pharmaceutical partners, to expand the diagnoses of mental disorders and the toxic drugging that follows.
Indeed, if you consult the DSM, the official Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, you’ll find listed 297 distinct and defined and labeled disorders. This is marketing at an awesome level.
This is also a cultural revolution. Over the past few decades, millions of Americans have been convinced they have a brain malfunction of some kind. If you don’t think that creates a vast victim mentality, think again.
And yet, wait for it—not one of the 297 mental disorders has a defining diagnostic lab test. Not one.
I’ve made this point many times. Occasionally, readers point out that there are tests. Yes, but not DEFINING tests. If tests existed which invariably point to a true diagnosis of a true condition, those tests would be published in the DSM, the bible of the psychiatry. But they aren’t. Nowhere in the DSM will you find them.
Instead, every mental disorder is defined by a list of behavioral “symptoms.” Committees of psychiatrist gather and debate, and decide which clusters of symptoms add up to which labels of mental disorders.
It would be as if you walked into a doctor’s office, talked to him for ten minutes, and then he said: “You have cancer. I can tell by the way you’re talking and behaving. We start chemo tomorrow.”
As with a number of investigation I’ve done, some people respond with: “Oh no, that couldn’t be.” But it could be, and it is:
There is NO DEFINING lab test for any so-called mental disorder. No blood test, no urine test, no brain scan, no genetic assay.

The "heart of hearts" of the subject matter here is "Creative Genius". Every individual is born with a genetic activation for their own unique creative genius. Most people become conditioned (throughout their first twenty-five years of development) and thereby become very-well programmed with certain "fixations"; one of the most common of which is a fixation on "money". However, at any moment an individual can choose to begin "digging" through the layers of their conditioning and discover their own Self-Revelation. That process can be a "Hero's Journey" and one that is worth writing about as one's authentic biography versus the "biography" given to them by others.

“Genius is one percent inspiration, and ninety-nine percent perspiration.” A statement that is all about Thomas Edison as can be seen in both his Human Design(HD) and his destiny cards.
In his HD BodyGraph he has the genius channel defined which connects his Ajna center with his Throat center and that naturally gave him consistent reliable ability and strength to express and manifest his genius. Not everyone has this channel defined and therefore not everyone has the ability to express and manifest their genius in this way.
In his destiny cards his Birth Card is the Ace of Spades which is "The Card of Ambition and Secrets." That contributed greatly to his overall drive. He also had the Eight of Spades: "The Power in Work Card." This gave him the ability and the strong inclination and possibly need for the "ninety-nine percent perspiration.”
There was only one (and there will only ever be one) Thomas Edison! Everyone else has there own unique genius and there own unique way of expressing that genius. Many people are not designed to work (and perspire) like Tom Edison. If they blindly believe the quoted statement by Edison as if it is a universal truth and especially if they live their life as if this were true for them then many of these individuals are subjugating themselves to major disharmony with their Human Design and the mechanics of how their design optimally functions in ways that gives them the many blessings of living according to one's design.

So ID2020 is not about providing opportunity for the average human, it is all about assigning a number to each and every man, woman and child on the planet that allows them to be tracked and controlled economically. Their stated goal is to “ensure digital identity standards that are applicable globally and from birth to death” (pg 5) for everyone . . . everywhere.

In America they have been assigning digital identities since the passage of the Social Security Act in 1935. We have been told that if we want a job we need a social security number. So, we’ve all marched into the Social Security Administration office and signed up. And every child born since the late 80s is automatically assigned a social security number once the Certificate of Live Birth has been signed by the parents and processed by the government.
Today most states have passed the Real ID Act and are requiring both a Social Security Card and a certified copy of one’s birth certificate to get either a driver’s license, a state ID or a passport. One of these official national ID’s is now required for banking and healthcare.
A unique digital identity will be required to move the people’s of planet earth into a global digital economic system. Even now, many are swiping chipped credit cards into machines and/or using smart phones aps to pay for purchases. This global digital ID/digital currency system will require an advanced computer network to handle the enormous volume of transactions that will need to be processed. It is already well under way. It is called The Smart Grid and they are currently updating it to 5 g so it has the capacity needed to manage all of this data.
This entire new construct of technology is a globalist pipe dream and hackers dream come true. The Smart Grid whether 3g, 4g, or 5g is not secure. And the smart phones that are supposed to feed info into the Smart Grid system were never designed to be secure. They were designed to be a surveillance system.
To slow down this method of economic control and surveillance, we should use cash whenever possible, severely limit the use of smart phones and . . . do everything we can to prevent smart meters from being installed on our homes or businesses.[28]

In noting this I searched re: GAVI and found an article: "Chief executive of GAVI wants to 'immunize every kid on earth'"[29] from which I quote:

But the group's vaccination push will not stop until every child in the world is vaccinated, even if it means having to use force.
This is what happened, after all, in Malawi back in 2011, where Malawian children were vaccinated at gunpoint. Reports at the time indicated that parents of unvaccinated children that had tried to escape a local vaccination mandate were tracked down and apprehended, and their children forced to receive the jabs as part of the United Nations' Millennium Development Goals[30] .
None of this would have been possible, however, had GAVI been allowed to crumble back in 2010 when it was suffering severe financial problems. But former Microsoft CEO Bill Gates came in and saved the day, according to Reuters, by working together with GAVI and the British government to coerce much needed funding, to the tune of $4.3 billion, out of donors.
And this is hardly a surprise, since Bill Gates himself has been on a personal mission to vaccinate the entire world as well. At a 2011 GAVI conference, Gates explained to attendees how the world needs "vaccine equity," which he later defined as vaccinating everybody on earth[31].
"It's now that we're gonna start to get the last two vaccines that rich kids take for granted, the pneumococcal and rotavirus, and over these next five years, get them out to every child everywhere," said Gates at that time. "That means for the first time ever that we have equity in vaccines."

The Degradation of Language -
"According to Steiner, it is characteristic of the present culture of Ahrimanic scientism and Anglo-American economic imperialism that language has lost its instinctive spiritual meaning; that is, the connection is lost between the literal word and the spiritual impulse that constitutes meaning.
Without real, spiritual content, language consists only of 'empty phrases', such as rule by the will of the people, the free world, individual freedom, and so on. These phrases are largely devoid of reality in our socio-political structure; here the pervasive actuality is the power of money over Men and over life. And where the empty phrase rules in language, mere conventions -- rather than living human contact -- rule in social life, and mere routine -- rather than lively human interest -- rules in economic life.
And: 'It is only a short step from the empty phrase to the lie.' Again, this is especially true in politics and economics, for the prevalence of empty words makes possible the falsification of realities -- a potent weapon in the hands of those with occult, conscious intentions to manipulate people for devious ends. In our time, people en masse act as if they are possessed by evil forces, because, in a way, they are.
The demons of materialism speak through empty words. A language in which the demons of materialism have taken the place of human spiritual impulses can lead only to destruction.
Certainly Steiner was not the only one to notice this aspect of modern language. George Orwell was perhaps the most prominent writer to decry this trend. See, for instance, his classic essay 'Politics and the English Language'.[13] He envisioned the dehumanization of language becoming deliberately intensified in the 'newspeak' of the Ahrimanic nightmare 1984. Having no apparent knowledge of spiritual science, and working with only keen observation and a love of truth, he saw what was happening in the political discourse of Western Europe and carried to extremes in the totalitarian regimes.
On the socio-political level, the antidote for this poison of empty words is the liberation of cultural life, especially education, from political and financial power. (As outlined in Steiner's concept of the 'threefold commonwealth': the separation of the political-rights state, the spiritual-cultural sphere, and the economic sector -- along with the elimination of egotism and coercion from the economy.)
On the individual-personal level, the antidote is the infusion of active, creative thought into language, thus creating a language in which the words point to the thoughts, evoking living thinking in the listeners. If we do not put effort into creating our original thoughts, then ready-made pseudo-thoughts, trite words and phrases, come automatically to mind and carry us along with them, resulting in 'thinking almost entirely without thoughts'.
We can at least make the effort to resist these ready-made phrases and generalizations that effortlessly come to mind, and to form mental pictures of particular people, things, and events -- and further, to make original word-formations describing these things and pictures from varying points of view. The essential point is that we not let our speaking and writing be determined by unconscious influences, but that we call forth through our own efforts new, original thought-creations and convey them with original, fluid, artistic word-formations.
We will not always fully succeed; we are not all poets all the time; but if we consciously make this effort, then we will go far toward recovering the lost human-spirituality of language, and consequently, toward the humanization of culture. ...
And, not incidentally, we will thus progress toward living consciously in the thinking-free-of-literal-words that is the 'language' of the spirit-soul world in which we will live after death. ..."[11]

Down yet another rabbit hole! I started out before having dinner searching the phrase "semantic deceit" as it appeared a key phrase in a couple of the papers that I was recently reading focused on semantic deceit in government. Then later while I was doing my dishes in the kitchen the phrase "deceived the nations" came into my consciousness and I made literal note of it with the intention to identify the verse in Revelation.
The verse:
"...For your merchants were the great men of the earth, for by your sorcery all the nations were deceived." —Revelation 18:23
Restated in modern English:
"...for your industrialists were the powerful men of the earth, for by your drugging and poisoning were all the nations deceived." —Revelation 18:23[2]
A major key is in the term sorcery.

In a new research stream regarding by other blog Psyche & Health yet I have to note this here first:

So much relying upon the services of the so called "justice system" with so much hope that "justice" will be served, hope based on beliefs that judges are impartial. Is it possible for the system to truly serve justice when beliefs are based on an education system designed with "semantic deception"?

Although it's been going on a year since my last posting here that doesn't mean I stopped thinking about deceptions under the color of law.
Today I will underscore that deception is the nature of war. Consider Sun Tzu's "Art of War". The following are quotes from "Art of War" by Sun Tzu.

The following is a serendipitous follow-up to where I left off on April 10th (immediately above).
"... there is (1) the actual United States composed of fifty (50) independent sovereign nation-states which are geographically defined, (2) the Territorial United States which only exists on paper composed of (57) fifty-seven incorporated 'States of States' such as the State of Washington, and (3) the Municipal United States which also exists only on paper composed of (57) fifty-seven incorporated 'STATES OF STATES' such as the 'STATE OF OHIO'.
Unfortunately, the perpetrators of this grand fraud were allowed to create these shadow 'states' via the loophole provided by Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 giving the Congress the plenary right to govern the District of Columbia. So they have. They set up shop for themselves in 1864 and have been operating as a crime syndicate ever since. They have played no end of semantic deceits and made false claims against you and your assets (a process called 'hypothecating debt') and have indulged in constructive fraud and kidnapping and racketeering and inland piracy at your expense. ..."[10]
Semantic Deceits permeate government (including the education system), all of banking, all of the legal realm, all of the medical industry, most corporations (especially big pharma, big Ag), and religious institutions. The first three were always infested with semantic deceits. Medical wasn't as infested until Rockefeller. Corporations became infested in the 1800s. Religious institutions became infected when the "Church" began attacking the Gnostics and other unorthodoxies.

Whereas, there is no provision of the Constitution that authorizes Congress to legislate rules or regulations (statutes) against Joint Tenants in the Sovereignty, this is not so with residents of the District of Columbia—who are subject to any legislation Congress may impose on them.
To ensnare Joint Tenants in the Sovereignty in the banker-contrived artifice of income tax in behalf of their banker creditor, Congress enacted recondite[15] legislation that would foreclose Joint Tenants in the Sovereignty from fully comprehending the law, by transmuting certain everyday words into statutory terms with a convoluted or constitutionally opposite definition and meaning, and formulating statutes (and statutory definitions) using obscure rules of statutory construction to guarantee maximum complexity—thereby allowing Federal executive and judicial officers to operate within the 'letter of the law' and justify treating Joint Tenants in the Sovereignty as residents of the District of Columbia, but without having to explain what they are doing."[14]
In other words Congress enacts legislation as a "method used to deceive" the people! Title 26 is probably the best example of this!

After the Civil War, the British-backed Territorial United States created "states of states" for itself and forced everyone to adopt new "constitutions" --- that is, debt for services agreements -- with them. These Territorial States of States were never a part of our mandated government structure. They do business as "the State of Texas" for example. Like cuckoo birds, they substituted themselves for the National Level States of States, like The State of Texas that we are owed, but thanks to the similar names deceit, nobody caught the substitution.[37]

How and when was the initial new American Republican experiment derailed in America? -
The Congress in Philadelphia stood its ground and was making significant progress amid strife and near continual confusion caused by the British King and his loyal internal representative federalist agents residing among the Colonies - calling themselves the Confederate Congress and the United States. This federalist body was headquartered in New York, and it was known as the Confederate Congress & University Company of New York. It was also sometimes referred to as "The Royal Company of New York". The framework of all original Colonial American Republican Government was in Declarative Format until 1813 - consistent with the Form of the Declaration of Independence. All original American Colonial Instruments, including the "perfected Supreme National Republican Declaration of September 1787" (thereafter called a "constitution" by the Confederate Congress of New York), as is the July 4, 1776 Unanimous Declaration of the Republican States of the Colonies, were "Republican in Form". They were sometimes referred to all together as "the American Republican Freeman Letters" for want of a better term by the King, his royal clergy and his internal agents (see World Book Encyclopedia: American Printing Presses---History of).
Then came the War of 1812, 25 years after the "Supreme National Republican Declaration of September 1787" was perfected (and when most of the founding Fathers were dead or feeble). This so-called war was when the European Royal Family sacked Washington, D.C., and the American Colonial Archives Depositories in Arlington and Richmond were burned to the ground during the Madison presidency - along with only "select content" in the New York Confederate Congress library by its own librarians. This was actually done from within by Confederate operatives posing as librarians. This is in reference to the librarians who were actually Confederate Congress University operatives (equivalent to Rhodes Scholars today) posing as trustworthy American Librarians. Only some of the New York Confederate Congress Library contents were taken out in the street and burned with some furniture by its librarians; thus leaving only the desired "transposed versions of the official American Colonial documents". Coincidently, little other additional damage was inflicted during this very short incursion.
After the "records and document burning" the University Press, Crown Press, and several other related private Confederate Congress Code Publishing Houses printed hundreds of different versions of the destroyed documents and scattered them throughout the land. This was together with the introduction of the Confederate Congress and University Company
"statutes at large" publications or "culture control codes". This is quite (cont. - page 78) similar to the 40 alleged "original" Mona Lisa's that were in existence in the mid 20th Century. All of the original Colonial Declarations of Republican government were then switched for the clever enumerated Confederate corporate constitution versions while retaining much of the original language for illusion, thus eliminating the need for a public vote.
By 1845 the Confederate Congress and University Company operatives of New York recognized that there were many various versions of their alleged United States Constitutions in circulation. This was causing mounting problems and confusion among the Colonies that had been converted to states via the switched constitutions. Meanwhile, many were operating via their third new revised "state version" on the average. Therefore, the Congress and the Courts recognized the emergency for the need of a "standard version" that could uniformly be relied upon.
Then with the help of Carnegie libraries, and the select members in the Congress and in the Courts, the unique select member Sir William Hickey, Esq.1846 version of "The Constitution for the American People" was produced. It was in the form of a book containing more than 400- pages of desired Confederate Congress versions of alleged original American documents. These documents included an enumerated "Index", were filed with the Secretary of State Buchanan, as the alleged "Standard Version", which then was systematically adopted by resolution of volume purchase by the select membership in the U.S. Congress and the Courts in February 1847. It was then franked (distributed to the public) via the new "Post Roads and Franking Act" of following March, 1847 - again without requiring a public vote. This officially established the date in which the so-called Twelve Articles (Charter) of Federal Appendages (commonly known as the Bill of Rights) were first officially published in America as an "appendage to the Constitution"; and as a point of interest, you need to take note they involve only the "Hickey Version". This is the date that the original 1787 National Republican Declaration instrument ratified by the Colonies in 1789 was set aside and laid to rest on the shelf. And this is how the present American "Constitution and Federal Appendages" was actually adopted without public consent in typical Confederate Congress and University Company style.
From 1813 forward, the Confederate Congress and its University Publishing House Company system virtually took over the government from within by replacing all of the original American non-enumerated Declarations with cleverly transposed "enumerated Constitutions" in typical Royal Family River Basin Corporate (Magna Charta) Charter style. This was done by simply transposing (substituting) the word "That" wherever it appeared in the text with a capital Arabic numeral symbol, substituting semi-colons with ordinary commas, changing words and word order. In some cases, involving the original individual Colonial (cont/ pg. 79)
Declarations, a capital Arabic Numeral Symbol was added before the declarative word "That". Later versions included the addition of small Arabic numeral symbols within the "Capital Enumerated Articles" of the Constitution(s).
After the 1812 Archives Depository fires, all such American official assemblies, in which the Colonies were re-named "states" under Federal, i.e., Confederate Congress control and authority. This was done via the bastardized (Revised) American documents now called "constitutions (corporate charters)" of 1787 Northwest Territorial Ordinance design, were possessed of "A Committee of Style... and Arrangement". Prior to this, all original Colonial Assemblies were possessed only of a "Committee of Style" because "A Declaration (A Statute)" does not need to be "arranged" nor "enumerated".
The clear objective was to remove the idea of corporate-free Republican government from the minds of the People. There was a clear intent to prevent its spread to the rest of the world - which would pose a threat to all Monarchial dynasties. This was accomplished by re-directing the operation (style) of the government non-corporate back to the desired European Royal Family's corporate style control over all Worldly Culture agenda via the substituted enumerated constitutions. This was done at a time of public stress and confusion caused by the confederate operatives from within, when very few people would then know the difference due to the known public functional illiteracy problem, much less have any knowledge that such a thing could have ever occurred due to poor communications conditions, compounded by the King's military distractions.
However, it should be noted that the idea of a non-corporate government was to remain implanted so strongly in the public minds, that the only "companies" that existed, until the gradual introduction and expansion of "Railroad Companies", were those connected with the select members of the New York Confederate Congress and its University Publishing "Company" - and of course with ties to the European Royal Family. In other words, the concept of "company" was totally foreign to the People who understood that the government was subject to them - not the other way around. Using our "Sovereign" thinking, how did we ever get to the point where we have to ask the government for a license to conduct either personal or family business?
Therefore, from 1813 forward, the original fourteen American Colonies no longer had a "Senate and House of Deputies", but instead consisted of a "Senate and House of Representatives" under the illusion of separate legislative bodies. Actually, there was only one house under the Article, and their Seats of Colonial government were thus transposed to "sovereign states" with alleged "states rights", and the "Sovereign (Cont. Pg. 80) Republican States" were simply deleted of mention and thus reduced to mere "corporate subject status" by reason of clever Private University Publishing House manipulations. This was obviously achieved without public vote. Simply put, the original sovereign Republican States (the People) were all made subject to their "sovereign Seat(s) of Representative government" at a time when the King and his royal Family Agents were sacking the Colonial libraries, threatening Colonial Deputies and their families as the needed distraction - typical to its tyrannical mode of operation. Many readers will no doubt recognize this as being very familiar today. And the realization should also be recognized that no man, woman or child is exempt from such diverse implications, nor have they ever been.
By 1846 the transition from the original American Republican Style of government had matured enough to introduce the William Hickey Version of "The Constitution, with Articles of Confederate (Federal) Appendages, and Index" for the American People. At that time the people of all of the former original "Colonies" were then operating under their third new "corporate state constitution" on the average. And the purpose of the enumerated and transposed Hickey Constitution Version, adopted by the select members of the Congress and the Courts, was to cement and secure all of the collective "new state constitutions" under the "Union" of the Confederate University B.A.R. Representatives (known then as "Legislative Council) of the European Royal Family were the new operative of government - under the illusion that it was still the American people's government (HD357, 59th Congress, 2nd Session, 1909 - "footnotes"). This is to point out that the internal Confederate Congress and University Publishing Company operatives' manipulation of the original American laws, public education materials, and media publications was so intense and extensive, which continues today, that it is just about beyond anyone's comprehension at this late date. In this respect it can thus be determined that the willful and deliberate violation of the Laws of Grammar, upon which all written laws of the people depend, is the most serious and deadly of all criminal violations that can be committed against a whole nation of people. August 4, 2018 - Who Taught the Lawyers? By: Gary North -
William Blackstone’s Commentaries on the Laws of England was published in 1765. Almost immediately, it became the standard textbook for apprentices in law in the American colonies. It is occasionally referred to in American history textbooks, but it is seldom read today.
In retrospect, it seems strange that we should identify him as the teacher of American colonial lawyers. He was a staunch defender of the absolute judicial sovereignty of Parliament. Any law that was physically possible for Parliament to enforce was valid law, he insisted. In short, he denied his other operating presupposition: the binding authority of natural law. Americans paid less and less attention to this aspect of Blackstone’s theories as the Revolution approached and then broke out. They took what they liked from his system and ignored the rest.
To answer the question, “In whose authority did the Framers act?” we need first to go to Blackstone. The Commentaries provide an official answer, yet one which hides a far more important clue as to the nature of the Constitutional covenant and its true author. In one of the few passages comprehensible to readers who are not intimately familiar with the intricacies of the English common law in 1765, Blackstone wrote:
This law of nature, being co-eval with mankind and dictated by God himself, is of course superior in obligation to any other. It is binding over all the globe, in all countries, and at all times: no human laws are of any validity, if contrary to this; and such of them as are valid derive all their force, and all their authority, mediately or immediately, from this original.
But in order to apply this to the particular exigencies of each individual, it is still necessary to have recourse to reason; whose office it is to discover, as was before observed, what the law of nature directs in every circumstance of life; by considering, what method will tend the most effectually to our own substantial happiness.
Blackstone said that he believed in a literal ethical Fall of a literal man. The Fall of man had corrupted human reason. “And if our reason were always, as in our first ancestor before his transgression, clear and perfect, unruffled by passions, unclouded by prejudice, unimpaired by disease or intemperance, the task would be pleasant and easy; we should need no other guide but this. But every man now finds the contrary in his own experience; that his reason is corrupt, and his understanding full of ignorance and error.” Therefore, God gave us revelation regarding His law in the Bible. “The doctrines thus delivered we call the revealed or divine law, and they are to be found only in the holy scriptures.”
He went so far as to argue that “the revealed law is (humanly speaking) of infinitely more authority than what we generally call the natural law.” He based this conclusion on the weakness of human reason to understand the natural law. Revealed law is more certain. “If we could be as certain of the latter as we are of the former, both would have an equal authority; but, till then, they can never be put in any competition together.”
Undermining Biblical Law
Having said this, he then spent four volumes describing English common law with only a few footnote references to the Bible. In the first three volumes, running almost 500 pages each, each has one footnote reference to the Bible. The fourth volume, on criminal law (Public Wrongs), has ten references. Not one of them is taken by Blackstone as authoritative for civil law; they were seen merely as historical examples. There is not a single reference to “Bible,” “Moses,” or “Revelation” in the set’s index.
How could this be if he was persuaded that biblical law and natural law are the same, but with biblical law so much clearer to us? Blackstone’s preliminary remarks were familiar in his era. Englishmen commonly tipped the brim of their epistemological caps to God and the Bible, but they did not take off their caps in the presence of God. They pursued their academic specialties just as Christians do today: with no systematic study of what biblical law specifically reveals regarding those disciplines. It was considered sufficient for Blackstone to have formally equated biblical law with natural law. Having done so, he could then safely ignore biblical law.
This common equation of biblical law with natural law faced two monumental problems in the eighteenth century: (1) the continuing negative legacy of the English Civil War, 1642–60, in which the various Christian churches and sects had failed to agree on much of anything, a social and political experiment which ended with the restoration of Charles II; (2) the intellectual legacy of Isaac Newton, which had created a blinding illusion of the near-perfectability of reason’s ability to discern the perfect laws of nature in the physical world, and which therefore held out hope that this could also be accomplished in the moral and social realms.1 This dual legacy indicated that biblical revelation – or at least men’s understanding of that revelation – is far less certain as a guide to human action than unaided, unregenerate reason. Biblical higher criticism was a century old in English religious thought and politics by the time Blackstone wrote his Commentaries. Thus, by the time that the Commentaries appeared, the foundation of his defense of the superiority of biblical law to natural law – the greater clarity of biblical revelation compared to reason’s perception of natural law – was not believed by most men who called themselves educated.
This raises another question: Was Blackstone in fact deliberately lying? In a perceptive essay by David Berman, we learn of a strategy that had been in use for over a century: combating a position by supporting it with arguments that are so weak that they in fact prove the opposite. This was a tactic used by those who did not believe in immortality to promote their skepticism. Berman makes a very shrewd observation regarding academic historians and scholars:
“Most of us do not like liars or lying; nor are we inclined to accept conspiracy theories or explanations that postulate secret codes or cabals. These aversions may explain why the art of theological lying has been so generally ignored. . . .” There is at least reasonable suspicion that Blackstone was lying. If he was not lying, then he was naive beyond description, for his lame defense of biblical revelation greatly assisted the political triumph of the enemies of Christianity in the American colonies.[54]

... adding 20,000 5G satellites will further pollute and potentially disrupt the global electric circuit ... and could alter the Schumann Resonance, ... around which all life on Earth has evolved. By going global with 5G, we are not just talking about human evolution, but all life on planet earth.
It is concerning that at least eleven in international agreements have been violated by 5G implementation. The international agreements for the protection of humanity are being explicitly violated, including:
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child states that States shall “undertake to ensure the child such protection and care as is necessary for his or her well-being” (art. 3), “ensure… the survival and development of the child” (art. 6) and “take appropriate measures to combat disease… taking into consideration the dangers and risks of environmental pollution” (art. 24(c)).
The Nuremberg Code (1949) applies to all experiments on humans, thus including the deployment of 5G with new, higher RF/MW radiation exposure that has not been pre-market tested for safety. “The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential” (art. 1). It is obvious that the majority of the humans exposed to 5G will be involuntary. “No experiment should be conducted, where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur” (art. 5). The findings of over 10,000 scientific studies and the voices of hundreds of international organizations representing hundreds of thousands of members who have suffered disabling injury and been displaced from their homes by already-existing wireless telecommunications facilities, are “a priori reasons to believe that death or disabling injury will occur” ....
The Declaration of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment (1972) has also been violated: “The discharge of toxic substances… in such quantities or concentrations as to exceed the capacity of the environment to render them harmless, must be halted in order to ensure that serious or irreversible damage is not inflicted upon ecosystems” (principle 6).
The World Charter for Nature (1982) has also been violated: “Activities which are likely to cause irreversible damage to nature shall be avoided… [W]here potential adverse effects are not fully understood, the activities should not proceed” (art. 11).
The Rio Declaration on Environment and Development (1992) has also been violated: “States have… the responsibility to ensure that activities within their jurisdiction or control do not cause damage to the environment of other States or of areas beyond the limits of national jurisdiction” (principle 2).
The United Nations World Summit on Sustainable Development (2002) has also been violated: “There is an urgent need to… create more effective national and regional policy responses to environmental threats to human health” (para. 54(k)).
The African Convention on the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (2017) has also been violated: “The Parties shall… take all appropriate measures to prevent, mitigate and eliminate to the maximum extent possible, detrimental effects on the environment, in particular from radioactive, toxic, and other hazardous substances and wastes” (art. 13).
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights: “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person” (art. 3).
The United Nations Global Strategy for Women’s, Children’s and Adolescents’ Health (2016-2030) has as objectives and targets to “transform”, by expanding enabling environments; to “survive”, by reducing maternal and newborn mortality; and to “thrive” by ensuring health and well-being and reducing pollution-related deaths and illnesses.
The Outer Space Treaty (1967) requires that the use of outer space be conducted “so as to avoid [its] harmful contamination and also adverse changes in the environment of the Earth”(art. IX).
The United Nations Guidelines for The Long-Term Sustainability of Outer Space Activities (2018): “States and international intergovernmental organizations should address… risks to people, property, public health and the environment associated with the launch, in-orbit operation and re-entry of space objects” (guideline 2.2(c)).[78]

Comment: In light of the above apparent legal violations (that have been occurring under the protective veil of globalized corporate personhood fast-tracking the commerce of the technological industry by merging with a corrupted government-backed legal protection system) it can now be seen that the recovery of American soil and land jurisdiction as the foundation of American sovereignty within the states and internationally is essential for virtually all of life on this planet to survive.

I have commented on this before, and will comment again.
It is the stock-and-trade of the perpetrators of these schemes to: (1) destroy and burn books and public records contrary to their story line---observe the War of 1812; (2) rewrite or omit history to mislead others and promote their self-interest -- observe your own less-than-complete public school education; (3) evade and deny and lie about any truth that is not complimentary to them and their false claims in commerce.
These Liars make their livings off of Lying. Okay? So that is what we are dealing with.
They constantly change the Codes and the records and the court citations by renumbering, "revising", annotating, archiving, repealing, renaming, and in extremis, destroying material that contradicts their official version of reality.
And they constantly misrepresent things. For example, they continue to promote the assumption that the "Revised United States Statutes at Large" exist, when in fact, they were never adopted.
That leaves us with what? Oh, the original United States Statutes at Large are the actual Law, but people are left citing the Revised (Non-Existent and Unofficial) version, which automatically torpedoes and invalidates anything they say.
These Agents of Darkness are as devious as you might expect, so you have to put on the "full armor of God" and sharpen your skills of discernment and think about what you are doing and what you are searching for.
Title V was just "revised" again in 2017, and not surprisingly, it has been renumbered and the evidence of the guilty parties sale of "citizens" has been moved --- quite possibly entirely removed --- from the current version of Federal Code.
Realize that what we are talking about had its genesis in 1868 and its most evident fruition in the 1930's, so instead of looking at the Federal Code as it exists in 2017, look at the Federal Code as it existed in the 1930's, 40's, 50's.
When trying to find a citation and it doesn't immediately pop up, look 10-20 pages on either side of the number of the Code citation given. Look carefully at the notations added to the Code as notes and footnotes. These often tell you where they moved "the cheese"--- and be forewarned, you may have to track down several iterations of this same process, because some "cheese" is so good they move it multiple times.
Finding that they have re-numbered a citation is utterly commonplace, and finding that they have moved citations to other sections of the same basic publication, or that they have reshuffled whole sections and renumbered them, is as commonplace as dirt.
So, please don't call me up and rave that you can't find a citation, therefore, it doesn't exist, therefore, I lied to you.
When trying to find a "US Supreme Court" case, remember that there are six (6) versions of "US Supreme Court" and you have to be in the right church to find the right pew.
When trying to find a court case, be aware that they rarely but consistently change the names of "hot" court cases by changing the names of the Parties or breaking up the court record into separate pieces.
For example, a case that starts out as "People of Colorado v. Aims Hardware, Co." will magically transform into, "State of Colorado v. Aims Hardware, Co." and a case that starts out as "City of Philadelphia v. Robert Burns and Company" will morph into "PHILADELPHIA v. BURNS" and so on.
Among old cases you will also find "Split Jurisdiction" Cases, where a land jurisdiction court had to rule on the land portion of a case and a sea jurisdiction court had to rule on the sea portion of a case, creating two separate court records in two separate courts. Invariably, they have hidden the land jurisdiction court case in an effort to hide the existence of the land jurisdiction court, and you will have to dig very deeply into the bowels of the Archives to find what you are looking for.
Nobody said this was easy. This is why we have researchers whose entire contribution to the effort is tracking down certified copies of these source documents.
Be aware that the "cheese" moves, and sometimes, it even disappears for a time, but also be aware that when I give you a citation, it does exist, and somewhere in my records, there's a hard copy of it with a date stamp and office on it.
This what I suggest that everyone do. Go to a Law Library, find your citation, take photocopies of the citation AND the actual book you took it from. Literally, take a copy of the book cover and a copy of the inside pages showing the publisher, date, copyright, etc. This establishes "the Record" at a specific source and point in time.
And that nails the cheese down at last.
Also, some sources are relatively free of this kind of manipulation and you will find that the lawyers themselves lean hardest on these sources. Be aware that the only dictionary ever approved by Congress is Bouvier's Law Dictionary. The common use of Black's Law Dictionary is because of its use in Maritime and Admiralty Law---- not land law.
American Jurisprudence, Corpus Juris Secondum, usually abbreviated American Jurisprudence 2nd, or just Am Jur 2nd, is published by Westlaw and is widely regarded as "reliable" by most courts and For-Hire Jurists. Therefore, unless you are obviously mistaking the meaning of the legalese, citations taken from this source are widely accepted and may help you find new leads in your research.
Quite often, Am Jur 2nd will "link" associated cases, so if you find a reference to "Downes v. Bidwell" you will find listings to "Hooven and Allison v. Evatt" and other Insular Tariff Cases. ...[89]
