Our biological wholeness includes the whole spectrum of psyche-brain-organ-body as well as the spiritual dimension. Dr. Bernard Jensen is one of my teachers and his findings among several traditional cultures regarding nutrition and lifestyle deserves full recognition. It is my intention by starting this blog (with the following link to an article by Dr. Jensen's daughter-in-law) to follow-up here and add more of the most outstanding common findings among the traditional peoples.

"People can be allergic to almost anything, but the most common allergens are pollen, mold, dust, animal hair, cosmetics, perfumes, drugs such as sulfa, food additives, chemicals found in soaps and lotions and certain foods. Allergic reactions include congested sinuses, sneezing, wheezing, coughing, nose blowing, watering, burning, itching eyes, sore throat, itching skin, hives, skin rashes, headaches, fatigue and sometimes vomiting. Asthma is also often a result of certain allergic reactions.":

Tuesday, April 22nd on the Cardinal Grand Cross of 2014 -

It is most auspicious how I began this day of Great Change! My "Update - Easter 2014" immediately above here and including my comment at the "Enchanted Gardener's" Curezone blog inspired me to search "Dr. Jensen"+"mind power". The results gave me a site with the books of Bernard Jensen that included one I had not seen before:
"The Healing Mind of Man - Arise and shine" by Bernard Jensen.
The book is about the:
"importance of the mental and spiritual levels in the healing and life of man." The 1st edition was published in 1985. I'm amazed that I had not seen this book before! How blessed I was to have found it in the home library where I live! I read several sections. I now have found the real gems that I was seeking to find from the record of Dr. Jensen's legacy! This book is the "the pearl of great worth"!

I started taking notes with Chapter 5 "Mother's Day where Dr. Jensen wrote:

"My mother taught me ... what it was to be quiet and still ...
to listen."

My friend Dr. Chris Lowthert participated in a retreat the previous weekend with a Buddhist center in the Bon tradition. (I have notes on this I can refer to later.) He entered into the inner refuge through the great portals of Stillness, Silence and Spaciousness. I welcomed him "home"! I treasure the great value of the inner refuge! It is my home as well! Although I have not heard Dr. Jensen explicitly teach "Buddhism" or "the inner refuge" I now know that the inner refuge also was his "home". I now also know that his teachings for his patients also included the Christ path of love and sacrifice. His "Healing Mind" book carries that message throughout.

I have wrote earlier blogs here on "The Gene Keys". The essence of that revelation is in the 22nd Gene Key and coincidentally I just sent a message to my beloved friend regarding the Siddhi of "Grace" in reply to her email regarding a "Blessing" that included Grace! Grace is the Siddhi of the 22nd Gene Key! The essence here is that there are three great paths that everyone can take all the way through all of our human suffering. These three paths are Alchemical, Sacrificial and Mindful. These pathways were given to all of humanity by the "Three Pure Ones": Hermes, Buddha and Christ. What we now have within our reach is a great trinity of Divine Will, Love and Wisdom, the synthesis of which leads us to the Cosmic Mother. As I write this now I am immediately reminded of Dr. Jensen's chapter on what he had termed "the mother principal". I'm now inspired to re-read that chapter in light of "the Cosmic Mother".

Dr. Jensen definitely extended the pathways of both The Buddha and The Christ. And I may see in his chapter regarding the "Mother principal" that
an expression of "the Cosmic Mother" may indicate to me that he also extended the pathway of Hermes whereby the work of transmutation is performed. I also want to generate Dr. Jensen's Human Design chart and begin to study that!

The 22nd Gene Keys Gift is Graciousness. With that Gift "whatever you do you always consider the feelings of others". It is the "milk of human kindness". The Dahli Lama says his religion is Kindness! (Even the Boy Scouts teach that (among other things) a scout is "kind".) Within this Gift is a "profound awareness of Karma" and that with this awareness we can realize our "work in life will lie in the sphere of relationship and emotions. This is certainly where my work lies. I have seen the truth of this in my Human Design, in my Destiny Cards, in Shamanic Astrology and in my work with Dyads; all of which has supported and encouraged me in my work with individuals.
