I've had an heart infarction and survived.

I have read your article but it goes nowhere near the causes because previous to my attack I had read similar but it did not prevent me suffering the consequences.

Now can you answer this:

I purchased a BP Monitor after my attack.
I took my BP just before I ate my evening meal.

I then ate Chicken and baked Beans.

Half an hour later I again took my BP and my BP went through the roof by 30mms.?

Next day I took my BP just before a meal.

I ate mainly a Salad which included Cucumber and pickled Beetroot.

Half an hour later I took my BP and it was between 20 and 30 mms LOWER.

Obviously I don't eat chicken, baked Beans and other foods that have had that effect upon me because I eliminated them to this day.

That was 10 years ago and I am still here telling you of my experience.

The cause?
