Who Are We Individually As Americans & All Together?
Response to Weston A. Price Foundation's most recent alert re: animal I.D. and response to one farmer's speech at a recent screening of "Farmegeddon" in Wisconsin.
Date: 11/18/2011 7:45:17 PM ( 13 y ) ... viewed 1940 times The subject of "American identity" came up in an earlier conversation today and I also see it being expressed in reports on the "occupy" movement! It appears that more and more Americans are re-discovering what "America" is and especially in terms of who they are as Americans (what it means to be an American, what their relationship is with "America", etc.). It's obviously time for a revolution and /or transformation in this arena!
I believe that many Americans are essentially re-birthing themselves! [some may possibly be inspired by the living and abiding word of God! (1 Peter 1:23)] And some have been forced to ask themselves the kind of questions that can cause a major reevaluation of their beliefs, realizing that they were believing a dream, called "the American dream" and that it has turned into a living nightmare! Shocking psyches! Presenting urgent needs for healing through resolution! All the more reason for an impeccable word of truth to clear the false beliefs that have been misdirected to a system that we can see is falling, right before our eyes! (The report I got on "occupy" articulates the witnessing of this!)
In the same spirit of Farmegeddon, I sent the following (with minor edits made this instant) in response to the most recent appeal by the Weston A. Price Foundation re: Animal ID:
"If the collective response that is sent to the legislators doesn't fully accomplish all that is desired and if the small farmers, urban poultry owners and the like in America are presented with demands by the USDA then these fellow Americans may like to consider a first response as follows:
Addressed to specific governmental agents and/or to the agency as a whole:
'Under what law or theory of law do you intend to claim limitation, exemption or immunity from personal liability for your acts, actions or failure to act under a known duty as they specifically apply to me, my office this Estate and to the unalienable Rights that I possess from my Creator?
Who is going to indemnify me from your tortuous interference in my private affairs and trespass on me and my estate?
Show me your delegation of authority, your oath of office, bond and/or liability insurance and a copy of the contract with which you think you may have claim or authority over me, my office or estate!
Any Trespass on this estate is subject to one million dollar ($1,000,000.00) indemnification for each act and is immediately due and payable and is agreed by you to a consensual lien against all of your assets if not paid in full within 72 hours of each act of trespass.
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal, Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent.'
If the agency's presentment is on site at the estate then the response can include:
'You are dismissed and are hereby ordered to leave now.'
Finally: 'This matter is adjourned'!
Please feel free to circulate the above example of how one American would respond to protect himself from this kind of an offer by the USDA. In addition, I would also do like farmer John did (Angelic Organics Farm) and post 'No Trespassing' signs with an additional warning to USDA agents and ideally including a copy of the above."
The way i see it - it's appearing to be a lot about speaking the truth one to another!
Standing firm in unity with the Truth of who and what we are in our relation with our Creator as we witness the end of an age and anticipate the beginning of a new, more conscious co-creation!
