40 day sadhana for spiritual attunements and prosperity Day One
Health sadhana!
Date: 11/13/2009 7:22:54 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2361 times Yeah I'm waking every morning for yoga at least an hour before sunrise no matter what. It'll make me keep a tight watch on my sleep.
I prefer to MOVE first thing in the morning. I usually hop on the exercise bike for at least half an hour. Instead of the exercise bike, it's Gurmukh's Kundalini Yoga DVD then prayer then maybe the exercise bike!
This morning after yoga I cleaned the two catboxes, put in a load of laundry and am doing some constructive reading. Oh yeah I fed the chickens too. When I have breakfast, I'm going to take my dog for a walk.
First day sadhana homework to create a visionboard layout in my journal for health and prosperity. If you don't have health, you do not have WEALTH. Who doesn't want to be healthy and wealthy?
