Almost "Ice" Cream Heaven!
My delightful experience with new raw dairy products!

The butter is the creamiest butter I have ever had! I really like that the butter is wrapped in paper rather than put into plastic tubs. (I recently saw a documentary:
Addicted to Plastic":

and I think the more I can do to avoid plastic the better!) The cream is thick and the farm comes right through the cream, big time! I let it naturally culture on it's own for about 24 hrs and then refrigerated and it is as close to being butter as it gets! I have polished off over a quart in the past week! I can pretty much make a meal of it if I want! A few times I have added either raw honey or malt syrup on top of the almost "ice" cream and I was in heaven!
There are raw grass-fed dairies listed in the Weston A. Price Shopping Guide. If you want you can order the new '10 guide from the Foundation. For more information do to WestonAPrice.org
