130-Year Old Man Charlie Smith
Found the clippings on Charlie Smith, 130 years old.
Dr. Bernard Jensen was talking a lot about Charlie duirng the
first years when I arrived at the HIdden Valley Health Ranch.

The last of the really dirty boxes are out from the shelves
near Anna's clothes.
These are boxes from the 70's, 80's, even some 60's tapes.
Now this is a journey.
I see a whole box, not cared for well,
of Dr. Bernard Jensen materials.
These are rough pages in folders.

This is from 1977--check that.
Dr was writing about the Old Men then.
Charlie was an anonomaly.
He smoked for 118 years. He drank too.

Each person is different. That was the message from Dr. Bernard Jensen.
He had a basic balanced daily regimen.
You can read it in the index to HEALTH MAGIC THROUGH CHLOROPHYLL
FROM LIVING PLANT LIFE.
I helped write that book from his notes in 1973-74.
Dr. studies and practiced the work of V.G. Rocine.
Rocine and Jensen identified 20 Chemical Types of people.
Each type had a specific balance and needs for different foods.
I am going retrieve these raw materials, put them in a plastic container,
and move on. It is not a priority now to go through this box.
My time is limited.
