I just finished spending about an hour writing on my like connection story to go with the materials I want to turn in for the national Heirloom Expo.
I went from a acupuncture appointment at 2:45 to the library.
After working an hour I’m having increased pain in my lower back.
The kidney doctor told me to drink a gallon of water a day.
I wasn’t able to do that today. It takes a lot of focus.

This appears to be working now.
First morning home from wedding with Nadine.
Two stressful things yesterday upon return to home, both worked out.

I would like to safely arrive home today. It is 8 am monday June 9.
I am wearing sound blockers. Nadine is still semi sleeping. We are in Thousand Oaks, about 100 miles from home.
Looking at a photo of my father i keep on my iphone main screen. He he died in February. We lives in different worlds. I did not fit in with family. How sad. I did fit in with one niece. Thank God.

I had a permanent crown attached yesterday with cement.
I did not like the taste of the cement that I felt initially when the crown was put on.
I woke up this morning concerned.
I found this article.
It says the cement used in crowns is not healthy.
It also says that nickel used to porcelain is toxic.
It is related to aluminum.
I have been having kidney issues the last three weeks or more.

John Vasconcellos, a friend, dies
I just learned of the passing of John Vasconcellos. He was very kind and generous man with his love. He welcomed me into his heart.
I am numbers of photos of him. He would call me at times when he came to San Diego.
I saw him during the summer of 2013 and attended a workshop he gave at a conference sponsored by the Virginia Satir group here.
He died May 24.

Just had a powerful dream. The dream related to making sense of the creations in my room and taking the next steps
Patricia Mikkelson professional organizer is coming to be with me for seven weeks.
I’m coming out of it. Close to five months of broken dreams.

Great disappointment revealed to me in a dream as I awaken this morning,

I wonder if walking can help move this kidney stone along? I have some dizziness as well….this kidney stone feels different than the one I had removed last summer. My penis feels some sensitivity. I am wondering if it is moving. There is also sensitivity in the front on the left abdomen.
I have not had this diagnosed. I want to do some chores before i go to the emergency this afternoon. The pain is not as intense as last summer.

My good friend Dalya was about 90 miles from my home yesterday. She was in town for the funeral of her mother who died on memorial day. The event gave me a reason and purpose for the day.
I haven’t seen Dalya since she moved to Ashland Oregon last summer. The funeral I knew would bring together my other best friends, Ariella and Mayah.

What do I do next? Maybe a redesign of myself is needed.
I’m not handling stress well. I have discomfort in my lower back in the kidney area.
One of the biggest stresses the last four months has been having a vacancy at the house. I manage what feels like the lives of seven other people to various degrees.
A vacancy means an imbalance between income and expenses that can only go on for so long.

I do not have the same insurance coverage I had last year at this time when I had to go into the Emergency at Alvarado with severe Kidney pain. The discomfort now is about a 3 on a scale of 10. I need to have a different way to deal with my stress.
My Crown appointment with Dr. Olsen at Dr Katnik office is 10:30 am
