It is Saturday morning, March 29, 2014
7:56 am. I had a terrific nightmare during the night.
I was on my way to a sporting event with a group in a foreign country.
We stopped and were staying at an inn in one room.
I was feeling good about being in the group. The bus was leaving
to go to the track meet.
I was talking and speaking and very excited.
Then I realized that I only had one shoe on. I started to look around for the other shoe and while I was looking I missed the bus!
I am not sure i found my other shoe.
I was left behind.

what’s going on?
I started to look at solutions to the depression I have been feeling for weeks. I feel sad and I have had this depression. It has been caused by events and experiences at the house. I still have coughing going on. It was named bronchitis over we could go at Pacific College. Getting a new housemate is always an intense emotional experience for me.

Had some good very early morning positive thoughts about steps
to secure the stability of the house, and then, as morning came, the weight
of what it would take to move forward here is overwhelming.
I can complete with putting up an ad on SDSU Housing,
and Grapevine.
I can repost the Craigslist Ad.
The reality of how much it would take of my time and others is sinking in;
and yet I do not have other solutions for possible living arrangements
other than this. I do feel something could be coming to an end here, and this
is strong medicine to take.

This has been a very difficult last two weeks since coming home from the natural product expo west.
I have had bronchitis. My lungs are clearing, but it is a long process.
I have had many dark nights of the soul these last two weeks.
There is a tremendous potential of a life shifting breakthrough this morning.

I am still not recovered from the bronchitis--a name that is given lung congestion.
I am in a physically weakened state.
I am starting to be able to cough up things.

The AminoActiv helps me do more than I can naturally do. I spent more energy than I naturally had at the Natural Product Expo West. I was already exhausted when i went from the #expowest to the 30 day Shlosshlim in honor of my father. I got very excited, spoke, and then, my immune system was not strong to overcome my exposure to invasive elements.
Yesterday, was the first day i started to get some relief from the congestion in my lungs. I could not cough up anything before that.
