Bill Roley is an old friend of 30 years. I saw him at the Permaculture Convergence November 9, 2014. We hadn’t seen each other in numbers of years, maybe ten.

Crossing Bridges--Through the writing this morning, I am crossing bridges. This photo driving across the Golden Gate Bridge in my 68 VW Van September 6, 2013, just came up in my Iphoto library. I was terrified to cross that bridge the year before and kept my eyes closed; I had a driver. A year later, I had to drive that bridge myself, and I could not afford to close my eyes. I feel like my internal inside myself internet connection between worlds is broken.
Strange morning.
Woke up with body shocks --sensations coming up from inside that are the result of fear taken in and other uncomfortable sensations I have not fully processed, but suppressed.
I thought maybe I would plant seeds today but i am not sure I have what it takes to plant something.
