I am grateful that I was able to pay the rent yesterday.
I have been going through some boxes the last three days.
Today is Thursday.
My nerves are shot.
I am moving deliberately the last 30 minutes, to make sure that a check I write and send is placed in the envelope and carefully addressed.
I have in mind to go to the Post Office and put it in the mail.
I feel shaky.
My mind is not my friend in this moment.
Every thought and step I take has another action attached to it.

I did not understand fully where Ellen Kaufman Dosick was coming from for the reason she was getting rid of her stuff, but what she was doing was very bold.
She was going into her closet and throwing things out without looking at them to create more room for something new to enter!
I am filled with fear this early morning because there are unfulfilled promises I made over the last two years that stand in the way right now of a clear passage to some of the things and events I want to do.

They have a sowing cooperative of women who came together after unjustly losing their job's when they worked for Levi Strauss.
I met the folks from Fuerza Unida last year at the TTP events in San Diego.
They told a story of overcoming corporate disrespect.
They had worked to make a business strong but then when push came to shove there whole community was out of work.

She called to ask about my Kidney Stone and we were on the phone about an hour.
She described the special courage to follow her guidance and begin to toss out all kinds of things that had been part of what she would do.

O.K., There is one issue solved.
I will ship my grinder to the Petaluma Seed Bank so I have it with me
at the National Heirloom Expo, September 10-11-12, 2013..
I just spoke to Lisa O’Leary.
She will be at the Seed Bank later in August.
Many vendors will ship to the Seed Bank and have things delivered
up to the Sonoma Fairgrounds.
I am going to switch my Motel from the Best Western to the Super 8 Santa Rosa South asap.
That is where the staff is staying.

1- clear some space.

Been working for a my number of hours. Taking a rest.. Refilled lamb. Dumped old undwr tree. cleared corner of my desk. Looks good. Watered new graaa pot and put some old aeeds in amother pot, lettuce grow together. Gargled with hudrogen peroxide. Did oil pulling for dirst time. Used water pik. Beushed teeth.
The box. The material to shred.
Wear blinderS. Too mu h to do. Keep focus-!and do more clearing after nap.
