Today is Sunday, August 4, 2013. It is about 38 days until the National Heirloom Expo in Santa Rosa, CA. I want to be at this event very much. I am keeping a journal of the steps I am taking to get to this event.

If we are to outgrow GMOs we are asked to outgrow GMO thinking.
Where are we headed? What is our intention? We need to get to Uncle Sam marries "Anti" GMO for evolution to get back on course.

Bacteria Superbug Maker--That's Me!
I just woke up with a Vision that I need to find out the natural approaches once again to back up my health. What foods do I eat now? What supplements can I take to build up my immune system? I realize now I misused the antibiotics I was given, and may have helped created a Superbug in my system. What to do next and when?
I woke up with a headache Friday morning that lasted till now, Saturday at 4:39 am. I am not sure what caused it. Nadine wokr up early yesterday morning too and vomited. We may have taken in some bacteria from something we ate.
I am a novice to using pharmaceutical narcotics and antibiotics.
I had a tooth extraction on Monday with an excellent Oral Surgeon. He asked me if I had any more questions, but I did not know what to ask.
Another dentist prescribed for me an antibiotic called amoxicillin, a commonly used antibiotic for tooth infection and many other infections.

I wrote this early this morning. It was an affirmation of a shift in my consciousness.
One of the main things on my plate: How to I get to the National Heirloom
Expo, September 10-11-12, 2013. I am in San DIego. The event is in Santa Rosa, CA, about 8 hrs drive away, or a plane ride.
I have been writing about my inner experience for days and weeks.
I had an Oral Surgery on Monday to remove an infected tooth.
