Anyone related to Bill--William Estes--in Sulphur Springs, Arkansas?
I am remembering Bill Estes, who was a pillar of healing in my life when I first came out of college and moved to the Hidden Valley Health Ranch.
Bill milked the goats. He had a remarkable sense of humor, and was a most delightful friend during my journey into the country.
I am sure I have a photo of him.
I see their are some relations in Sulphur Springs. I wonder if some are related to Bill--William Estes.
I am remembering him now.

In September, Mac|Life suggested having a paper copy of important contacts on hand. How can I print a list of addresses from Address Book?
In Lion, Address Book does allow you to print out a contact list; however, this feature is hidden inside the various print options. To begin, sellect the contacts that you want to print, then choose File Print. Click Show Details to open a larger print dialog with more print options.
The Show Details button will give you access to more print options in Address Book.

There is a big question mark in my mind this week. I have an appointment with the surgeon who did my Hip Revisions about ten years ago. I had pain four times at least last year on my left side that lasted a number of days. The last time was a big sign. It happened over my 65th Birthday week and limited my walking in a most beautiful place where I went to retreat.
My plans were altered.
