Going through some old photos pre digital. Scanned this in of Dear Friend Carla Kufner. She was a Raw Food-Chlorophyll Advocate. This photo was taken at the Dr. Bernard Jensen Hidden Valley Health Ranch before 2001, likely sometime in the late 90’s. I will be able to pinpoint the year later.

Clearing my desk. Found a bottle of Alfa PXP Royale Forbidden Ripe Product. No idea where I got this or when. How long is it good for? Looking it up on the internet. Very impressive credentials. I have heard of Forbidden Rice before.
I prefer my flour fresh, but not sure if concerns about rancidity apply to this product.

At the recent annual meeting of the American Academy of Nutrition, at Los Angeles, the National Chairman of the flour millers stated words to the effect that the reason the bakers did not make more whole wheat bread was that the public did not “like the taste” of whole wheat bread.
