I ran across the work of Russell Libby a few years back when I was writing about the Food Safety Modernization Act. The Common Ground Country Fair in Maine was produced/ or is produced by a man I met at the AAAS Conference a few years back.
He was one of the seed planters in a shared pot of beets that I have written about.
Glad to run into this talk, and this most delightful yearly event held in Maine.

Gardening and Trimming, 12-12-12:
Planted three kinds of beets from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds,
and flowers, some KAMUT ® Khorasan wheat in the middle.
Looked like it was going to rain, but other garden activity was
happening with trimming, and this other intention was also happening.
The Sunshine came through as Moshe was trimming the
Bouganvilla to allow for the gutter to go up.

I have been having hip and groin pain. I am checking the calendar. My hip revisions were in 2001. We are near 2013. Hip Revisions, according to one article I read, can wear out in ten years or less! Yikes!
I had more hip pain the other day. My groin on the left side freezes up. I cannot extend my leg without a lot of pain. There is related hip pain too.

I am tired. I have been doing various things including watering little plants, feeding the worms some food that was in the Farmers’ Market container, cleaning the Farmers’ Market container with Sal Suds, bringing in underwear off the clothes line that has been hanging for a week.
Other of these things have been waiting for a long time undone.

I have not been paying attention to Chanukah, other than going to a Chanuakah party to fress on Sunday night. I was freezing as a blowing it out act of forgiveness for all the feelings of GMO stress. I have been having lots of feelings against the Jewish People for all the foods they eat without awareness.
I have not been lighting Candles this year for Chanukah.

A DREAM: A GATHERING OF SENATORS
Awoke just now from a positive dream, and a reminder to build a mailing list. I created a gathering, but after the gathering I was reminded how special the gathering was. It was a Gathering of Senators. Everyone there who came had been a Senator in a former life.

HOW THE WOMEN’s VOLLEYBALL TEAM FINISHED
The second set started off the opposite way as St. Mary’s jumped out to a 6-3 lead. Robert Arjona, General Manager for Rancho La Puerta, helped grind some ancient wheat of KAMUT ® Khorasan wheat as part of our kid activity offered at the Rancho La Puerta Posada December 9, 2012. As a Prize for helping to grind the wheat, the Kids and adults got to choose a gift of Heirloom Seeds to take home and plant. The day had lots of kid activities.
