Boring!
I am so tired of being restricted in what I can eat.
Persisent diarrhea has had be limiting my food intake.
I find I am casting aside discretion these days,
and really eating foods that are not good for me.
Today, I went hunting in the refrigerator for something
different.

I went to acupuncture today at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
Very discouraged, and this makes it more difficult
to stick with basics.
Basmati rice with PERMA GUARD Dimatomateous earth
seems to be one of my best remedies.
Nuva said buy a bunch of it.

For weeks we had sunny days,
maybe too sunny for winter.
KEEP the BEET Media Star,
the World’s First Talking Beet Plant
lives in an area under drought conditions.
On top of these drought conditions,
we have imposed water restrictions
on our local organic farmers.
Numbers of local organic farmers that I know wear a smile.
They get up at 4 AM on a Sunday morning
and then do two Farmers’ Markets back to back
showing their lovely lettuces.
Then they go home and drop
until they wake up the next day

Started another Perf Go Green Trash Bag Demo
yesterday. Soaking the trash bag for a month
in rain water to start. Added some compost.
I want to see how quickly this trash bag will
biodegrade. This is an EPI Global bag.
It is made to biodegrade in two years or less.

Started my second Plastic Trash Bag
Biodegrading Demo #2 yesterday.
Took another plastic bucket
and filled it with rain water.
Tore a large Perf Go Green Trash Bag
into pieces, a few small, most large portions

over there. There are wonderful
Olive Oil and Personal Care Products
that arrived.
I took a box of beautiful products from the CAPERNEUM VISTA OLIVE FARM
out back to our own Olive Tree and did some rituals today. The box
contained some very special Olive Oil and skin care products annointed
with History.
