Hysterical OCD christian got me like... No not really...actually the turning of the Mother’s sacred wheel and Frigga and Baldur are the reason for the season. I get it though...Yes Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus at this time of year...totally out of sync with the actual birth which would be about May! Tuesday...birth "day" fasting ritual
This is a place holder for my spiritual fasting journal. I will be fasting tuesday from 9am-3pm on herbal teas and juices and just deviate to have a cup of coffee with my husband.
Breakfast: coffee, half cafe, bulletproof bar two hours later banana and half a fruit breakfast bowl from the healthfood store...oh yeah an avocado for fat. a small one.
Fasting menu: water and sleeping on the couch lol
Break the fast:
Hoss Steak House...french onion soup, no cheese, some croutons BIG ASS salad lol no animal protein
Totally didn’t touch the garlic bread or the dessert bar.

a few thoughts on my energy crisis
Good morning beautiful people...I had my session with my spiritual teacher yesterday where I spent a good amount of time dissecting my energy crisis two weeks ago.
Nice to know it wasn’t just me. But here’s what happened in a nutshell... a combo of not eating enough grounding animal protein, detoxing a lot of spiritual diseases and old junk and also...a supplement that contains huperzine A. I was also leaking energy as well and fighting off a lot of spiritual entities present at work.

My pineal gland experience!
And...last night was my second encounter with receiving a drop of this nectar of immortality. During my evening devotion, I was practicing chi gong and also chanting the thurisaz rune and I drew my tarot cards and one rune. At some point, I became filled with an ecstatic glory and my third eye opened up and in Thunor dropped one single drop...it was awesome.

Do your chi gong exercises today!
Got my session in before my 12hrs shift today. The energy is tremendous...I almost feel like calling off again and spending my entire day outside! Which is what I did when I got sick yesterday with food poisoning. So I was outside doing my chi gong and sat down looking up at the night sky and...thought came to me.
Where are you my ET starseed family? Why? When I had frequent contact before, I was able to see light ships at sunset and I had a beautiful experience of seeing a light ship at sunset on the beach.
