I never really understood how "oil pulling" really worked. How toxins "leaked" out of blood vessels. Although skeptical, i'm not bashing this method I just don't really quite get it.

Now before you start ranting and raving at me, I just thought i'd post this link because I thought some of you might be interested in reading it.
