Re: Debunking oil pulling

I started a week ago, curious to see the difference. One odd thing did happen yesterday while flossing, a part of my tooth came out. When I was younger I shattered the top quarter of a front tooth. The dentist filled in the missing part with a material looking similar to the rest of my teeth. I never did anything to it other than brushing for the last 30 years. Incidentally, I had had sunflower oil in my mouth for 20 minutes a few hours earlier. Strange!
Concerning the last comment, I too believe there is significant impact on the bloodstream. My father in-law had a heart condition; he would place a small pill under the tongue when he would experience heart pains. It would take a few minutes to take effect.
