Thank you for sharing your story. I also felt that castor oil does not break down the fat. However I've heard that it helps all your lymph fluids. I do not know anyone who has reduced the fat in one week. Although there are many people on this forum who have reduced their tummies by use of castor oil.

I will try again on a full moon day.
