No Change - Fat Belly

Hi all:

I tried to do the castor oil therapy for four days and my belly still looks the same. Here's what I have done.

I put castor oil on a flannel cloth, put it on my belly with plastic over it, put a hot water bottle on top and go to sleep.

I will try for a londer perid of time.

Any ideas?
