Juice Fast - Day 8
Thinking about life after the JF.
Date: 11/12/2006 9:30:02 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3354 times Still feeling good. Walked (6 miles) again this morning ahead of the rain. Didn't need to SWF yesterday or today. Some successful BM's helped that situation.
I'm still doing two apple juices a day, one around 11am and the other around 7/8pm. The rest of the day I dream about food. Just kidding, but you do notice EVERY FOOD thing: advertisements, people eating, smells, all of it. There is no doubt I'm hungry all of the time, but it is not that big a deal once you get used to it.
I've been thinking that at any time now, the fast might end. Frankly, I feel like I can do another week or more with no problem. But it is really an hour by hour, day by day thing. So it is time for me to really start planning to keep the progress going. I want to start an exercise program and eat well. I feel like when the fast is over, I'll be in a position to do it well. I need to be sure I don't break the fast by ordering junk food.
